Considering I don't have enough time to cook at 9 pm (I'll be in bed by 10.30 pm) and I buying protein powder isn't exactly feasible and most importantly I've depleted all my protein intake for the day with my lunch...

What can I do? Does it really live up to the hype? Anabolic window? I have a hard time understanding it.
I'm just took body building seriously and I don't want to mess up.

Would eggs and 50 grams of oats do the job?
I'll be having the same for pre workout.

Have a good day/ night, fellas !

Yes bro!! Definitely get a meal in after the gym it's a must. Think of how many hours that is after training with no food?

Not good. You want to keep that metabolism firing as much as possible. Eggs and oats are perfect, just some type of protein some type of carbohydrates and you're good to go brother maybe put a little avocado oil in there as well👌

I should start learning to prep my meals now :)
It's a must if taking this seriously. When I started working from home more often during the lockdowns I tried making each meal fresh because I was home and ended up missing meals because I would get busy at work. It's a lot easier to heat up a meal and slam it while working then to stop what I'm doing and go cook something from start to finish.

Are there any resource on you tube regarding meal prep that you'd recommend?
I'll just start with buying containers and segregating my food for the week. Yeah, that's a good start I guess
