Morning weight 182.7... I was 186.2 just at bedtime! NUCKIN FUTS this water loss on the overnight! Is what it is, but still... damn!

Friday push in da book
This is just a quickie b4 work post. I hit the Friday Push and everything went smooth. I added the lat cable raises back in for the 1st 2 sets and then went back to DBs for the Heavier cycles. The elbow was good, but I'm still gonna cover it for another minute. I used the Smith Rack over the machine for incline and flat press and threw the CGBP in, out of order since I was already at the station. I went up 40Lbs on the CGBP from the usual 95 -105 and hit them with 135 for a couple of sets... it went well!
Times up, gotta head to rhe grind... pics below.

Just finished the weekly check-in with coach and I am psyched! Coach is digging the progress as am I and we bumped the carbs by 30 all around.
Coach decided to bump the HGH from 2 to 4iu p/day and I am curious to see where that takes me. I've been lucky to see no sides at @2iu and hope it will remain the same at 4.
Coach kept the RPs all around and I have to admit... I do enjoy them. That final push till shit burns feels fantastic and really let's you know what muscles and groups you've hit.
The weight seems to be on track and even I know my metabolism is BLAZING! I'm still sweating like a horse at night an have taken to adding sips of water when I pee or change Tee shirts... just to help keep hydrated. The main thing is, the weight is climbing despite the water loss. I am averaging +/_ 3Lbs of water weight loss on the overnight at this point!

Morning weight 182.0... no loss from yesterday's weight, but I was 186.4 at bedtime last night.
I just looked out my door... looks like cardio will be about 3 hours of snow removal! Looks like we caught about a foot here in Northern New Jersey!
That it for now... time to go clear the cars and walkeay...

bro on some of my traveling trips it was the silliest shit ever.
id give my wife a sack of bagels, and just tell her to hit me every few hours lol.
 
I finally reached a happy medium with my old lady because she just dropped a bunch of weight that, of course, she blamed me for gaining to begin with, so I try and keep food intake and shit out of the conversations LOFL

yea thats another growth phase nobody really talks about.
having to grow along with your partner(and family) on this little journey, through the high carbs and low carbs.

if you dont like me on my low carb days then you dont deserve me on my high carb days!

I’ve been on a ground turkey kick my self. My gut feels a little better then when I was eating chicken. I’ll prob stick to ground turkey for a while now.
Luckily I've never really had a problem with the cluck! I actually avoid beef because of the fat content, also chicken and turkey are a bigger protein buck for the bite for me.

I love me some beef. I just got it in around my macros. I’m currently eating it a couple nights a week . With some ground turkey for other meals. I got this maracan seasoning I put on all my meat. Been doing it for weeks now lol shit is sooooo good
 
Morning weight 179.8 after a Heavy 3 Tee night! I was damn near able to wring one of those Tees out! I do my best to replace it as it goes by keeping a water bottle near my bed and drinking up during the day.
Is what it is...

Monday upper in the books with a good solid workout. I hit the RP Set for each movement and really fired shit up... the weights were reasonable and the movements were concentric with holds at top and bottom where required. I also switched from the gym I usually got to on Mondays for this workout. I like to swap between the 2 as they have similar and different machines and free weights at each.
The post workout meal was swordfish with grits and cheese... and I worked on my huge ass day long shake as well.
I'm off to the supermarket for some supplies. Pics below
