So outside of hack squats and barbell squats, I am curious what some of your favorite leg exercises or even just intensity techniques are.
After dealing with issues from my hamstring surgery for 18 months, I stumbled across egoscue and it completely changed my posture which has actually improved my lower body response to training. I can feel the actual targeted muscles work. Like an improved MMC.
Having discovered smith machine RDLs (discovered I have horribly weak psoas which is preventing my from keeping my low back arched during traditional RDLs) I’ve made them a staple in leg days as they help me get a better stretch without compromising my low back while I work on strengthening my psaos.
But it’s got me wondering what some of y’all’s favorite exercise (or even just intensity techniques like drop sets, giant sets etc) are
