Morning weight 179.8 after a Heavy 3 Tee night! I was damn near able to wring one of those Tees out! I do my best to replace it as it goes by keeping a water bottle near my bed and drinking up during the day.
Is what it is...

Monday upper in the books with a good solid workout. I hit the RP Set for each movement and really fired shit up... the weights were reasonable and the movements were concentric with holds at top and bottom where required. I also switched from the gym I usually got to on Mondays for this workout. I like to swap between the 2 as they have similar and different machines and free weights at each.
The post workout meal was swordfish with grits and cheese... and I worked on my huge ass day long shake as well.
I'm off to the supermarket for some supplies. Pics below

Just finished check in with coach... i am a proud member of the seven hundred grams of carbs club! LOL he kicked me to 700 on training days and 375 on the rest days... I'm actually not feeling bad about it. My metabolism is totally on fire with the 4ius of HGH and the PEDs in full swing. I found myself meeting and in some instances exceeding the carbs and protien on a couple of days this week. Its just a matter of planning for the unexpected at work.
I will do a data drop a little later with the weeks workouts etc... gonna hit the gym after I drop the wife off at her doctor's. Saturday Legs B with the Hammy focus. Thats it for now

Just a quick check in... i had to skip tuesday legs today. I don't know what exactly happened, but I did an injection on Friday and by sunday , I had a nerf football on the side of my leg. Last night, it was swollen and red/warm from the hip almost to the knee and sore to touch. It's weird because it feels better in the morning when I wake up.But by the time I am posting this at seven p m my time , it feels firm and just generally sore again. I'm gonna give it one more day before I go see doc about it.
 
Just a quick update on the leg... i took a couple pictures and am definitely considering hitting the doctor if it doesn't feel better by tomorrow. I did that injection on saturday in the glute... well above that spot!
Coach... any recommendations?

classic pip. just wait it out, i got on my calf when i tried, it got super swollen red and hot to the touch. took about 5 days to clear.

and the one time i did my leg/quad I couldnt walk for a week.
never again!
 
Yeah definitely hit that high on the hip... also it was a sizeable volume of juice 3cc...
interesting, happens i guess. check the oil as well, make sure theres no bits of plastic from the stopper you may have inadvertently injected.
i started drawing with a 23 guage so that would stop, when i would use 20s it would constantly get little pieces of plastic.

The test I was using was crashed. I heated it and it came back, but there's always a possibility there was a little sliver of that shit floating around in there.

Morning weight 182.7

Here's the leg 5 days post injection... at least the redness is going away. Yesterday the lump was at least a 1/3 bigger, and the leg was red almost to the knee! I am almost certain that some of the test that crashed was too small to be seen in the vile and got drawn up and injected.... Needless to say , I tossed, what was left of that vial , just to be safe.
Thursday Pull for today.

Morning weight for yesterday and today is 182. Im calling that a win after a 4 Tee night! Off to do the Monday upper. Coach dropped another 30Gs of carbs ALL AROUND! NEW TOTALS 705Gs on lift days and 405 on "rest days". I am getting the food down and again... even though the weight didn't go up... it didn't go down either.
Work and life have been hopping lately so sorry for the sparse posts. Pics later.

Well FML! HUH...no worries, whats 5Gs between friends🫨. I adjusted the MFP up 5 more... my bad. It works out as today is the first High day of the week. I did start it Saturday and came in 3Gs under at 732 vs 735. In any event... I'M ON IT!

I absolutely did... I literally just adjusted the MFP up after your post. Saturday came in at 732... should've been 735. We are good and I have the numbers straight coach.

Morning, wait 183... off to the gym to do the thursday , pull...
 
Got a quick minute at work so here's some posts of the sessions for the week. We got the Monday upper, Tuesday Legs A, and the Thursday Pull. Monday upper and Thursday Pull went very nicely. I met the majority of reps and weights remain reasonable with some adds and some drops. The RPs on everything really top it off. Had a massive upper body pump this morning... The food is going down and I started eating "The All Day Shake" at 0600 this morning. I grabbed a 12oz can of tuna and 2 cups of macaroni to back up the protien and carbs as well as some bananas, raisins, and some left over Maduros and a crab and shrimp empanada! PICS BELOW
