Been on this journey for a minute now so I wanted to lay out some history.

Joined the Texas oilfields over a decade ago thinking I'd get Jacked at work. Well bad sleep and bad diet doesn't equal great health. About 2 years ago I peaked at 350lbs and decided to make a huge change.

First thing I did was jump on the Carnivore diet, took me all the way down to 230lbs in 1 year. Had a little loose skin so for the past year I've been bulking back up to fill in the gaps. 90% of the time I was on TRT dose Test Cypionate, wasn't until 3 months ago I added in Anavar 10mg PWO.

I was getting Anavar through a coworker, through a friend, etc. Brand name SBLabs, so I thank SBLabs for getting me here, because of me trying to get the source directly to get better pricing, which led me to the forums.

I ended up around 265lbs when the Clen challenge popped up with Your Muscle Shop which I jumped on. I want to shout out @JackedCarpenter33 as he really pointed me toward more education regarding PEDs to finally put my Analysis Paralysis to rest.

Been listening to Vigorous Steve for past year but Todd Lee and Kurt Havens have been wealths of information.

Alright enough babbling, I'll follow up this post with posts of my fat ass and weigh ins.

I can only imagine the amount of work that went into your transformation, seeing how far you’ve come I have no doubt in my mind that you have the willpower and spirit to keep absolutely crushing it. You’re a good dude, and I’m glad you found this place.

As for the info Todd, Kurt, Big Paul and their entire circle has an abundance of valuable information. Keep grinding, keep learning, you’ve already come so far. With your mentality I know you’re going to go far as hell so keep your head up and push!!!

I still can’t believe that 100lb drop, that’s extremely impressive. I’ll be here for you if you ever need anything man, glad we met 💪

Forgot to mention those traps are looking sauced the fuck out. Quads seem to be a strong point as well, I’ll trade you mine but we’d have to go to South America or some shit to make that happen

Funny thing is I have hella issues with training legs due to my knees. I rely heavily on Leg Extensions, strong focus on the deep stretch.

My traps, I stopped isolating them because they were overpowering my Side Delts so they get hit during my Lateral Raises and that's it.

I was gonna go Carnivore again but Kurt Havens, Paul Barnett, Todd Lee, and that circle on YT are anti Carnivore and are rubbing off on me. So I'm still eating a ton of meat and eggs but trying to throw my food's food in there (Fkn nasty greens 🤮)

More or less a 1000 calorie cut on average per day

Training is AM/PM Mon- Fri and once on Saturday. Every session gets 10-20 minutes of cardio and 2-3 exercises.

Push, Legs, Pull, Push, Pull, Legs

I don't care what it tastes like it's just fuel. Get that food scale and nail it and everyday be awesome. Rooting for you bud

Recommend not going the carnivore route for multiple reasons, but you do you.

That's a big deficit to start out on. Might want to consider 500 and give yourself leeway for the future stagnating weeks.

Appreciate the advice, I'm trying to get used counting again, trying to get it to a 500 calorie deficit.

Appreciate it, that DEXA scan was highly motivating. I honestly thought I was 25% BF so it shows I'm doing something right.
I'm right there with you. I'm about 19% on my DEXA I got about 2 weeks ago. I felt like I was sitting higher too like you. It felt incredible to see it much lower. It just added more fuel to the fire!

Dexa's are cool for consistency over time for basic progress, but don't kid yourself on its sure-fire accuracy. Many variables can alter the reading on hydration, food in gut, sodium level, moving during the scan, etc. Cool for a baseline, but just don't take it as gospel that's all. You are much higher than 18% bodyfat. Please don't take my post the wrong way, it's just people will fall in love with dexa's. :)
