Cals- 649
Fat- 13g
Carbs- 74
Protien 59g
Crust


mix all these together
-70g self rising flour
-12g coconut flower
-5g nutritional yeast
-garlic powder
-dried basil
-150g plain non fat Greek yogurt
-75g egg white
Toppings:
-120g low fat marinara
-56g part skim mozerella (I don’t even use half of this for the cheese , personally not a huge cheese fan)
-25 turkey pepperonis
I bake it on 500 degrees in the oven on partment paper . I spread the crust out real thin to roughly 12”. But the thinner the better. I bake it for about 25mins (sometimes longer I like mine crispy) then pull it out and add your sauce cheese and pepperoni and toss it back in for a few mins. And bam ready to eat
