What is the base of your crust? Macros on this? Looks crazy good.
Here’s the whole recipee

Macros- 1 whole pizza :
Cals- 649
Fat- 13g
Carbs- 74
Protien 59g


Crust⬇️⬇️ mix all these together
-70g self rising flour
-12g coconut flower
-5g nutritional yeast
-garlic powder
-dried basil
-150g plain non fat Greek yogurt
-75g egg white

Toppings:
-120g low fat marinara
-56g part skim mozerella (I don’t even use half of this for the cheese , personally not a huge cheese fan)
-25 turkey pepperonis

I bake it on 500 degrees in the oven on partment paper . I spread the crust out real thin to roughly 12”. But the thinner the better. I bake it for about 25mins (sometimes longer I like mine crispy) then pull it out and add your sauce cheese and pepperoni and toss it back in for a few mins. And bam ready to eat

How is it slow digesting with grapes and applesauce? :)

Well, slower digesting. It has Casein and Egg protein in it. It still doesn’t hang around long. But long enough to get me through to breakfast. 😁 I also add my daily fiber supplement to it. Hey, I’m not the culinary genius you are! I keep it quick and simple for dinner sometimes. 🤣
 
Football practice tonight for my son and working late so emergency meal prep. Shredded Chicken, oats and water blended. Goes down as smooth as you imagine it would.

Replaces the oil or eggs as a binder. I kid you not I couldn’t taste the difference. Literal brownie action. The secret is dark cocoa powder not the cheap shit regular shit.

I love me some chocolate rice cakes with peanutbutter on them 😍😍 I’d totally smash that brownie though if I could squeeze it in my macros
