Whats for dinner tonight?
It's Sunday,long hardworking week,eat pretty clean throughout the week,I may feel guilty tomorrow but fuck it.im eating tonight..
Chicken bacon ranch pasta and cookies,I saw these cream cheese morsels and couldn't say no
What are you eating ?

Nice! Those cookies do look 8–10 oz of turkey for me and about 200-250g of rice. 2 scoop protein shake an hour or 2 later with a rice cake or 2

I’m waiting on the wife to get out of the kitchen, so I can get this turkey going, she just got on a full workout and meal plan and she’s been hogging the kitchen for the last couple hours lol and same with the rice, just picked up a 20lb bag and it’s gonna fly

Same..lol.my woman is cleaning up now..I'm bout to get back in the kitchen do my rice & turkey..and them cookies.i eat 2-4 cups of cooked rice a day..I really need to see how long these bags last,bought 7lbs of chicken breast today also,weeks worth of food

I usually keep a pretty strict diet but cheated a bit and went out with my brother to a local place called Gino's. Great sandwiches they stack a ton of meat on them, chicken/ranch and steak with fries on the side.

Smoked some babybacks yesterday while getting everything ready for my bigger jobs Wednesday through Friday of this week. They turned out good. I do a heavy dry rub and then mop a basting sauce on them occasionally throughout the smoke session. Then I will go to direct grilling but not super hot and baste them with a sweet and tangy sauce for the last 15-20 minutes.

Its prime grilling season in the south right now!

Recently switched to jasmine rice! Had been eating brown for years.

I have an Alfredo pizza addiction that has to be fed from time to time. Alfredo pizza, extra cheese, double the amount of Italian sausage, add bacon, grilled chicken, and dip the crust in a nice garlic butter sauce. It's a heart attack looking to happen, but it's goooooooood!

On my cheat day I eat a half tube of that chocolate chip cookie dough. I eat it raw and cold. I prefer the nestles version. It’s so yummy!!!! Friday will be my cheat meal. I’m back to one meal a week. No more going a month without a cheat meal.
