What you eating tonight?

2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
3 oz grilled chicken breast
1 cup spinach

I also added melinda's habanero sauce after the picture was taken. Fresh ground pepper and "can't feel your face" from Flatiron Pepper Company

Post workout meal was:
Grilled Swordfish steak 5.4 oz
1 serving of grits
1 serving of "large" shrimp.
Essentially, I was eating plain grits and some fish. It wasn't too bad and I'm gonna check on a recipe for shrimp and grits to make it more exciting! Pics below

Believe it or not this is chicken and cauliflower rice with some zuchini 😂 blended into a portage with some chicken broth 😂 @Meetketchup I made meat mashed potatoes almost 😂 without potatoes though

Baked chicken, little bit of rice and broccoli, a fair life 42g protein drink. Then finishing off with a two scoop protein shake/creatine.

2 slices sliced deli Turkey breast.
Today is a Hi Carb day (420Gs) and this meal alone comes up with 158Gs of Carbs and 68Gs of protein + the No Fat milk carbs and protein...

I love me some pancakes. My girl makes the best ones I’ve ever had. That’s no bullshit either. Her pancakes are fucking killer
 
Oh! Haha I love that stuff. Practically no carbs in it and it’s very filling.
 
Tonight's dinner will be one of those Swordfish steaks on the Foreman Grill, along with some Trader Joe's Garlic Naan (47Gs C and 7Gs P each piece) and Trader Joe's Rice Medley with 43Gs of C and 5Gs of P.
You really can't beat the price, for 10 bucks I got just shy of a pound of wild caught swordfish!

Surprisingly... Trader Joe's frozen wild caught Swordfish and rice medley post workout.
Don't judge, the price was really reasonable!
