These look good ,Once I’m able to have a little more carbs. I’m ganna smash some pancakes man.I was extra hungry this morning so I made protein pancakes with rice flour, egg whites, and iso-100 vanilla whey. Smucker's sugar free syrup.
The trick to rice flour pancakes is to keep them thin like crepes so they are not gummy.
mix the batter a bit thinner than normal and when you pour, pull the pan off the heat for just a sec, and swirl the pan so the batter runs to the outside and thins the pancake, then back on the heat and finish as normal.

Until the neurologist, abnormal spine surgeons, and gastroenterologist, figure out what my path will be, I have zero testosterone and see no point in lifting 5Lb to 10Lb dumbbells (my max strength currently) until I can at least take something to bring up my FSH, LH, and natural testosterone. So, I’m enjoying a pizzatwice a week, with lots of peanut butter on crust.
I’m still awaiting my testosterone, IGF1, and estrogen results. Here are my LH and FSH.
