I would reconsider the Fisker Max dog , they are beautiful to look at . I don’t think they have worked out all the bugs yet. After the initial torque it seems to fall flat on handling. My brother in law is a fool for electrics and odd vehicles. He is a Tesla collector as well, he drove the Fisker and the Mach-E mustang on the same day. He said that mustang blew that Fisker out the water when it came to navigating quickly, or sharp turns. I found it hard to believe myself but he’s way more informed than me about EVs. You seem like the type of guy to do extensive homework before a big purchase, just thought I’d share with you what was shared with me 💪

Man it’s awful and it happens a lot so I’ve gotta now go see a acid reflux specialist

Get a scope and follow md’s orders. Nothing worse ! I’m sure you have gastritis, esophagitis, and possibly ulcers (from all the meds/surgeries) . I definitely have seen a good GI doc (one in the fam) fix a lot of people . Look up the TUIP procedure (done completely through the scope) for curing reflux ! A lot won’t or don’t do it cuz they want you to have tons of appts and procedures. Bless you and I hope you straighten out your health! Be positive, be proactive. No supps until your better (besides the minimum) .

I definitely am taking my time ! I have a Tesla and I would have a hard time parting with it. Seven of us have one . It’s crazy cuz I could sell mine for more than a new one . I am checking out recreational (e-dirt bikes) as well ! I cannot imagine how fun that instant torque/speed without all the loud and stinky gas! They have a scooter that hits 50-60mph , crazy ! Saleen makes my favorite classic mustang, plus I just love em. I will see how the 2022 models reviews go on the Fisker; my brothers would wanna strangle me because they are all about Tesla. Plus they are the best IMO. I just want a stunner for events and local driving. I am patient with purchases, always have been . Appreciate your input , it helps .

Finally somebody young enough but old enough understands . Saleen Mustang will forever be a dream car of mine . New one would be nice but I’m thinking like 01-03 model. I’ll park it next to my SRT-10 Dodge one day . My crazy blonde neighbor has a sick little Roush, she drives that son of a bitch like she’s Jeff Gordon . I have to remind her I have kids and dogs daily. Bad Mofo car though!

Smart man! I have known it is all about lifestyle changes - tobacco/alcohol/meds /Supps/soda/vitamins even can cause havoc . Using Kefir/Kombucha/Kimchi/Sauerkraut/fermented black bean sauce are all
part of my anti inflammatory process (I do use tumeric:Circumin, black seed oil (black cumin) extracts, along with MSM/R-Ala.
Just not using sodas tobacco/nicotine/alcohol/NSAIDs/PPI inhibitors or antacids can seriously help anyone overcome it if they start early !
Any GI doc will privately tell you - 90% of patients problems are due to their (complete diet/lifestyle) or lack their of . Only about 8% of patients actually follow through ! They just cannot give up certain things but, that’s fine ;

My papa had a silver convertible 2000 or 2001 Saleen when I was a toddler . He said it was the single baddest ass car ! Everyone would try to race him at lights , he had a superchip or whipple; plus some crazy exhaust system . I remember telling him “Room, Room papa!” I remember the racing and that sound! Lasts forever. He had a tv/video player that would come out of the dash and pop up . I would watch the same movies over and over . He did have an automatic Roush Mustang too but sold it quickly he said (lots of issues) .
I’d love to have that original (he bought it inside the showroom floor) then his bros and friends owned all the stereo/body/candy paint/mod shops so he tricked it out . He sold it in 2006. I’d love to track one down with low Miles. The Ford Roush Big Trucks are sick AF, had a ortho doc take me for a spin in one, omg , so fast !

So I decided to create a new tempo. I’m sure it isn’t new but to me it is. I will be using it on core abdominals first . If it shows growth/etching; I will start applying it to a lot more movements . Max’s 5/5flex/5 tempo:style is merely an experiment to switch things up for more growth. Sick Busy ! Talk with you soon, had a good doc Appt (nothing bad at all!).

It has been super nice to see my Aunt&Uncle; they are doing okay considering the loss of their son. Had one of those 20min hugs , that part was hard ! Im like his son too, we spent just as much time together as my own father. Gong to cook nice dinners for them each afternoon(before I leave for work). Workouts are strong. Ive increased my fresh fruit & vegetable intake and it has helped that keep me full feeling . My hunger & cravings for more food, treats has went up but I still have refused any soda, cookies:cakes:candy, soda , or snack foods. The plates of cheese/meats/nuts/olives/fruit are phenomenal to quell anyone hankering for a bowl of gelato (my Achilles heel) .
Remember, Reach at least One Goal Daily!

Zion & Bullseye- my Aunt & Uncle are here and my uncle is in heaven(he and his wife are here together but they are split) so his jaw drops constantly with my girl, her friends , and our clients coming through the each day. He said he wished he didn’t do his fabrication job(hard labor) and did my type of work! Lol

  • Set 5 - As many reps as possible (MAX), it is a “blood pump” set

If I’m able to perform 3 or more reps during the last set, I’ll add 5 pounds to this lift the following week. If I stall, meaning I am unable to reach my 3 rep goal on the final set for 3 straight weeks, drop the weight by 7.5% and start pushing again.
•The 10 rep sets, using weight for a given exercise and add weight as I grow stronger.
I’ll run this program for a total of 10 weeks before taking a week away from training. Check bloods & health, if all is well; I’ll start my Bodybuilding Workout

Workout 2 Tue
Decline Bench Press - 5 sets , 5,4,3,2,MAX reps 335
Skullcrushers - 5 sets, 10 reps 135
Seated Arnold Press - 5 sets, 10 reps 82lb
Bench dips 3 plates on waist- 4 sets 8-10 reps
Skinny Barbell Curls - 4 sets; 10 reps 130lbs

Workout 3
Olympic Deadlifts- 5 sets, 5,4,3,2,MAX reps 395lb
Hack Squats - 5 sets , 10 reps 3per side deep/slow
Lying Leg Curls - 5 sets , 150lbs
Standing Calf Raise - 4 sets, 10 reps full stack
Ab Crunches - 4 sets, 10 reps slow 5/5flex/5 tempo
Walking Olympic Barbell Lunges - 135lbs 2 sets to fail.

Off- Thur

Had a lot of family and dinners and going out to take everyone to all the sights. My workouts are going strong, I am beginning to see new growth and about ready to switch things up and cut . Watched a good show on Starz called “Heels” about wrestling! Lol. It’s good

Crystal . Aces girl does it for me man . I like them gamey wild girls ! Show wasn’t too bad .
