10 weeks for MaxSize: 4 Days Weights
(First set is my Strength Lift)
Start with 75% of my one rep max. Using this weight perform sets as follows:
- Set 1 - 5 reps
- Set 2 - 4 reps
- Set 3 - 3 reps
- Set 4 - 2 reps
- Set 5 - As many reps as possible (MAX), it is a “blood pump” set
If I’m able to perform 3 or more reps during the last set, I’ll add 5 pounds to this lift the following week. If I stall, meaning I am unable to reach my 3 rep goal on the final set for 3 straight weeks, drop the weight by 7.5% and start pushing again.
•The 10 rep sets, using weight for a given exercise and add weight as I grow stronger.
I’ll run this program for a total of 10 weeks before taking a week away from training. Check bloods & health, if all is well; I’ll start my Bodybuilding Workout

•Bench Press Wide Grip - 5 sets , 10 reps 235(real wide, took a while to hit 50 reps)
•Bent Barbell Rows - 5 sets , 10 reps 275lb
•Dumbbell Flyes-5 sets, 10 reps 40lb/35lb (below chest level, perfect Rainbows!)
•Diamond Push-ups w 90lb on back - 4 sets , 10 reps
•Single Arm Preacher Curls - 4 sets , 10 reps 40+lb perfect-no cheating
Holy Crypto/Stock Shit Loss Batman! Glad I didn’t buy 4bil in Rivian like Ford(sold shares for $180m). I’m glad I’m a small fish & new to Crypto. It didn’t scare me away- Btc/Ethereum are two that may go very low. I remember posting - when Btc hits $10k , I’m selling cuz I lost some and bought at $3,200; then it hit and I was out . Sucked seeing it hit $60k+ but , I just add small amounts twice a month to each : cryto/Stocks/OTCMKTS/Private companies(all high risk). I have 4 family members(eldest sisters fam) moving into my house for IDK how long. The house deal went through! Omg they couldn’t have timed it better & She and her Husband killed it! Talk about location & timing is everything! I am getting healthy for my upcoming plan and eating well(almost no sugar except fresh fruit). Going to test out new waist trainer as well to see if the effects are pronounced (before & after photos for a company) which is cool. Have a good weekend!
