It is sooo busy with visitors, holy shit! Lots of good competitions and seeing a lot of international competitors. I’m going on a trip around the 9th (not too far from here but should be fun). I haven’t blasted a high amount due to me keeping my size where I’m at for my work (mo money), lol. I was planning on a major bulk but, I’ve had a few wishy washy mgmt types so I definitely am not putting my body though it until they sign on the dotted line . Things are very good though , I just haven’t dealt with alot of companies in this particular industry. A couple flakes and a couple solid ones . Hopefully it will get done before summers over ; I have no problem going to 235lbs. I’m between 221-218 each day so I feel good and strong . I can be ready for any competition in 6-8 weeks . My sister is going with me to S.A. ; which should be good as long as I don’t get married ! Lol

It can be quite helpful. I go back and find the small changes and exercises that I haven’t done In some time . I kinda wanna run some Winstrol with test ace for 4 weeks just to see what the short ; quick acting changes I can accomplish w/o Tren, (I always have para or tr ace). It gives me a bit of energy too.

Well some things have changed due to moving and travel, but nothing big. Just doing a light cruise until my supps are all good & here. I obviously am hitting the Full MuscleTech line w NuGenix(). I cannot keep these females in my life happy! Impossible (girls & family combined). F’n change their minds or outlook, back up on stuff they said “was fine, it’s good”. Yeah right ! Smh . I am concentrating on me because it is too complicated and I am not but I need a regiment/schedule daily. Aloof is a good description w/o saying liar! Ha! I am pumped so , F it ! They can’t keep up, they get left in the dust. That goes for any opportunity. Kick Ass and have a great week!

I haven’t been married and I’m starting to feel like maybe, “it’s not in the cards for me” . My own uncle & father said , “DO NOT get married…..unless there is some advantage(like she has a lot more, or I am truly in love,(even then they were winking). They made a list of stuff that would END for me and then made me watch Bill Burr Stand up, . I can see the kids thing is gonna happen no matter what! I want em ! I do not however wanna get married. My own parents don’t recommend it ! My brothers & sisters (some have been married forever)my oldest sister said, “it’ll happen if you want it to but it’s not like you Need to” . My brother, “Oh Hell to the No! You got all this pussy , your getting threesomes, blowjobs …..imagine having your past two girlfriends, imagine….now imagine never getting a blowjob, anal, and sex…..that’s an argument or alot of money or vacation! 10 weeks for MaxSize: 4 Days Weights
(First set is my Strength Lift)
Start with 75% of my one rep max. Using this weight perform sets as follows:
  • Set 1 - 5 reps
  • Set 2 - 4 reps
  • Set 3 - 3 reps
  • Set 4 - 2 reps
  • Set 5 - As many reps as possible (MAX), it is a “blood pump” set

If I’m able to perform 3 or more reps during the last set, I’ll add 5 pounds to this lift the following week. If I stall, meaning I am unable to reach my 3 rep goal on the final set for 3 straight weeks, drop the weight by 7.5% and start pushing again.
•The 10 rep sets, using weight for a given exercise and add weight as I grow stronger.
I’ll run this program for a total of 10 weeks before taking a week away from training. Check bloods & health, if all is well; I’ll start my Bodybuilding Workout

Workout 2 Tue
Incline Bench Press dbells - 5 sets 5,4,3,2,MAX reps - 90- 110’s perfect form
Skullcrushers - 5 sets, 10 reps 135
Seated Arnold Press - 5 sets, 10 reps 82lb
Dips 3 plates on waist- 4 sets 8-10 reps
Hammer Swiss - 4 sets; 10 reps 125lbs (hard & awkward) new gym.

Had some good food and better company! Workouts are good, I am cruising until I get all my supps lined up. A lot of good shows & fun to come . Tried a few new attachments and I can tell by the pain , I need to broaden my equipment (used at another gym). I have had some great cheat meals(family stuff). I cannot wait to get going on a good run- I haven’t lost strength at all and feel healthy. I think I made positive changes in my life(being single-ish!) lol

Hey buddy how you doing lately?

Good but “ALOT” of stuff has been happening as far as personal life(women) & large amount of family visitors, plus increased work(a good thing) but some stressors. I am handling things and just making as much as I can out of my situation. Now I hear my parents are traveling the US for a few months, two of my siblings sold and/or are selling their homes; kinda makes me nervous that everyone is ditching out and Gonna live far away(siblings). I’ve always had a lot of family support and I love having them near me . The city is just getting huge and not in a good way for calm or older types (although it’s a huge place to retire). They always say, “ Florida , Arizona(Scottsdale), and Nevada”. I am sure it’s the heat, I’d hate to live in snow with all my broken bones. They do hurt when it’s cold. Lol. Sound like a pussy, but so many changes so fast ! It’s like everyone is trippin . I sure lost 23-50% of some investments and I’m not freaking out, just gotta wait it out. Crypto took a huge dump! Saw Bitcoin at $27k, Litecoin was $60, Ethereum was $1,700 this early Am . Most 30-70% down! Hopefully things bounce back; It’s very scary for a lot of huge corporations & countries that adopted the e-currency.
