HUMP DAY!!
I’m had an off today(my program is 4 days weight training), did my AM cardio 30min and hit some core work , abductors/adductors/pendulum squat machine and a glute/ham machine 4 sets 10 reps. I used heavy weights but good decent form. Here are my shining stars, The WVU Gymnasts: McKenna Linnen, Chloe Cluchey & Rachel Hornung. Kick Ass and after this you’ll see the transition into fitness/physique!

Appreciate it. My body is finally grasping and slowing my freakish metabolism down . I am happy so far but, if course we have ever changing goals . More LBM! Lol.

Definitely tore up legs today! Veins running from my ankle to my chest ! Lol. I am adding my first EQ shot tomorrow and updated the compounds a bit. I am having so much company and have upcoming travel, I’ve been relying on a lot of my prepped food which means “same food , each day” ! I do look forward to my cheat meal (2 on the same day). I do have these bremelanotide/viagra/oxytocin blend troches that I am going to test out with my girl. Definitely way overpriced but got 10 free , I will post up if they even come close or make sex waaay better . I like the MT2 or PT-141 sub q (even did 1mg , then and hour later did another and can clearly say , “ it makes your sexy drive high right away and gives erections and works on men & women”. I am not expecting much from the oral preparation but it is a compounded Rx . All is well and I hope you enjoy the log, more to come throughout this year !

Had a great workout and have the EQ flowing. I imagine it will take some time to get going but the placebo effect kicked in - hunger , LOL! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend . I made some Chilean Sea Bass with Sumo Oranges ! I was delicious. If anyone has any crypto advice - “Bring it on” is seems so volatile but I woke up with some decent profits. I still don’t completely understand everything (you’d need a PhD in Crypto science , Lol!

Had a very good consultation for me and my training/diet/supps. I am learning more and more, also getting more posing/stage training from a male and female. I figure one POV or style is not enough. I love Classic posing but in physique it was a weakness; I wasn’t used to the posing style at all. Glad to always upgrade my portfolio of knowledge. It is another sad day for our sport as we keep losing people. It shines the wrong type of light on bodybuilding as a sport and a lifestyle. I do think there are outside and environmental factors that come into play. RIP Mick! I will say that I train and train with a lot of older bodybuilders and alot that you know. Some are in their late 60’s and some are in their mid 30’s and they are really healthy; a lot of them have overcame addiction and other things. Bodybuilding as a lifestyle is healthy or rather, it can be healthy. Especially if you look back on your past. I remember it happening in Wrestling during my short life(so far) and hope it stops. I sure do love going to and competing in competitions and am going to continue to be in this lifestyle and compete. Cheers and God Bless !

Not gonna lie the girl is pretty, but I’d go for the fridge right now ! There is such a mind game to overcome when dieting. Knowing you shouldn’t but you want too anyways. Maybe it’s my own rebellion issues but those fucking burritos sound great

They are my secret weapons(she has some too!lol) . Dieting is the #1 thing that ; makes or breaks your goal!! You can use low/zero carb wraps or use high gluten wraps, to Rice or egg wraps(Crepini) . I take lean ground or cubed meat , I cook my simply hashbrowns/homefries, rice , beans ,scrambled eggs/whites ,all vegetables sliced lengthwise . Season how you need , control the salt . I can then, customize 20-30 burritos at exact macros I need - some can be snack sized , big cals, low carb, high carb. Whatever . I wrap in parchment or plastic and cover in foil. I keep what I need for 2-3 days in fridge and freeze the rest . About 4-5min microwave from frozen and done . I can eat the refrigerated ones “as is” in my cold pack. Beef,chicken, steak, pork, eggs, tofu/tempeh, shrimp/fish(I only make 10 at a time) I like em Fresh best(only seafood). But great for vegetarians, gluten free, allergies too. Can’t wait to share my whole portfolio with pics . It will blow your mind ! Think Pork Carnitas w Roasted Poblanos and Lime/Jalapeño crema!

10 weeks for MaxSize: 4 Days Weights
(First set is my Strength Lift)
Start with 75% of my one rep max. Using this weight perform sets as follows:
  • Set 1 - 5 reps
  • Set 2 - 4 reps
  • Set 3 - 3 reps
  • Set 4 - 2 reps
  • Set 5 - As many reps as possible (MAX), it is a “blood pump” set

If I’m able to perform 3 or more reps during the last set, I’ll add 5 pounds to this lift the following week. If I stall, meaning I am unable to reach my 3 rep goal on the final set for 3 straight weeks, drop the weight by 7.5% and start pushing again.
•The 10 rep sets, using weight for a given exercise and add weight as I grow stronger.
I’ll run this program for a total of 10 weeks before taking a week away from training. Check bloods & health, if all is well; I’ll start my Bodybuilding Workout

Workout 3
Olympic Deadlifts- 5 sets, 5,4,3,2,MAX reps 395lb
Hack Squats- 5 sets , 10 reps 6 plates slow
Lying Leg Curls - 5 sets , 10 reps 150-160lb
Standing Calf Raise - 4 sets, 10 reps 335lbs
Hanging Ab Crunches - 4 sets, 10 reps slow reg /L&R focus, added.
Walking Barbell Lunges - 2 sets to failure

Training hard and it is getting busy !! Hope all is well. Gotta cut this short today, not suppose to have my phone . My Uncle got a Horizon Smoker ! So jealous!! Nice gift from his wife . Kick Ass
