(First set is my Strength Lift)
Start with 75% of my one rep max. Using this weight perform sets as follows:
  • Set 1 - 5 reps
  • Set 2 - 4 reps
  • Set 3 - 3 reps
  • Set 4 - 2 reps
  • Set 5 - As many reps as possible (MAX), it is a “blood pump” set

If I’m able to perform 3 or more reps during the last set, I’ll add 5 pounds to this lift the following week. If I stall, meaning I am unable to reach my 3 rep goal on the final set for 3 straight weeks, drop the weight by 7.5% and start pushing again.
•The 10 rep sets, using weight for a given exercise and add weight as I grow stronger.

So another family member with a double mastectomy (31yrs) today. God Bless. I have nothing to say as it is a tough thing and I’m glad she’s surrounded by family. It was like one week ago I heard and already! I took my sadness and turned it into positive power and pushed myself beyond normal(employed some older strategies/grips). I wish i could share some of my days&nights with you and the people I meet….I would but I cannot as it would invade their privacy as well as mine. Pretty damn cool though and ..it was work, so cha Ching! Love those days ! I bought some Jazz Pharma & Alibaba shares with the money. Didn’t want to blow the easy $$. Baba went below $100 so, I figure in a decade or so , they will integrate into the world as they do for a lot of American businesses(unfortunately). I am really steadfast in my attitude and plans for the 2022-2023 seasons. I have it down to a T …lol…then it changes. I am going heavy and hard , short but explosive workouts, then mix in a lot of advanced techniques and ass backwards type training. I want to see if I can just destroy this one small area with everything I’ve got. It think it’s the key to unlocking new tissue (timing of partitioning agents also). Write down your to do list before bed - 5 things!
Remember, Reach at least One Goal Daily!

A lot better . She is in pain & itchy . Met w plastic surgeon today but waiting for oncologist to give the or on radiation.

I am doing well, work & travel has been good. I was looking at the New Supra , Omg! I’m in love ! That is my next Gas vehicle ,
So either sell my Cj7 and buy that or just lease it for 36mo (gotta find out if I can use for tax purposes) lol. I am waiting for some new supps so I am excited. I made Loco Moco “Max Style”! I am having to eat my food in Family Salad Bowls! Lol 2-96/4 beef Patties , Calrose rice , over easy eggs , brown Homemade brown gravy w one one box grated into it (melts) . 175c /96g protein/16g fat (at bedtime ). I was craving sugar so I had a green apple w tajin, 2cups pineapple.
Can you make sex into cardio? I think so. Not as enjoyable but …at least your getting laid ! Lol

I’ve been doing like crap man going through some personal stuff that’s really got me down,i was betrayed by a best friend and it’s cost me a lot mentally man it’s tough

That’s horrible! Nothing worse than betrayal, no less from someone you care & love . I cut people like that out ….like Cancer !

Had some rice based Jovial Manicotti Shells stuffed with 96/4 ground w Italian sausage seasonings/garlic, low fat ricotta /fresh low fat mozzarella/Parmesan Reggiano and a 4 hr red sauce (gravy). Gluten Free and high protein , mod fats w huge Italian salad ! I have kept all my supps low until I have an unexpected appointment. I have not seen or felt a decrease in strength but my sleep has been off & on. Starting a new multi peptide for skin /hair that is a serum (has a form of dmso) that supposedly improves scalp, helps shaft & thickness while blocking dht. I will let you know if it works !

I freeze sections in foil & freezer bags . It just gets better ! Italian dishes are like that ! Have you ever fried cold spaghetti in a pan w Olive oil ? Omg - sounds so bad but , omg ! My fave!

So, things are welll, busy making money and working hard. Have some good opportunities coming my way and I am following through. One thing I need to do is stay on top of every opportunity (I pass em up all the time) even sex ones ! Lol. I am trying to get on a schedule by next week (sleep wise). I have been working split shifts and weekends. Have a few things I will run but you all soon. Btw - had a lot of training inquiries and I have never charged anyone as I pick a random amount of members each year. If I see a fire lit , and they are game to follow a plan, I try to help or I send them to Monte or other paid trainers . I only charge in person (for forum ) but that may change if you join my online club(later)

Bench Press - 5 sets , 5,4,3,2,MAX reps 335
Weighted Dips- 5 sets, 10 reps (2sets close:perpendicular /3 sets wide:lean forward)
Seated Arnold Press - 5 sets, 10 reps 82lb
Underhand reverse press downs - 4 sets 8-10 reps 70lbs
Weighted Chin-ups- 4 sets; 10 reps started w 2 plates but had to drop lbs

I finally had out of town family members leave, only to have my aunt & uncle on the way ! Omg. I love em all but with my schedule, prepping, work, appts, and entertaining them….I run out of gas! Luckily they are going to one of my bros house about 5.5hrs away first for 4 days, then I’m gonna pick them up halfway and they are with me for 8 days(they are the ones who just lost their son to suicide). My uncle especially close to me as I was more of a brother to his son than his own brother (deceased as well, not on purpose). We always have the best time, the best trips. He is a huge jock, Sports, and boxing fan! Taught me a lot about boxing since birth! We would all put 10 pair of socks on and have Rounds in the garage, lol. We would knock each other out cold too! Little crazy for the Parents of now(it was then too). We’d come inside all Swollen; or bloody or have a broken bone . We did graduate to owning our own glove later in life, lol. Getting some new supps for my competitions for 2022-2023. I’m hoping to create the best version of myself and stay healthy. I am mapping out my future and it is looking phenomenal! I drove the Supra and was super impressed but the sales people ruined my experience.
I am gonna hold off as I am looking at the new Fisker Karma GS E-6, completely revamped their batteries and they are out of Manhattan Beach(I have stock in them, Tesla, Rivian, NIO and the battery companies). I will say, I’d have to give up both my vehicles to get the Fisker, plus a few hundred more a month and I am just not going to do it until I get more contracting jobs that are at least 1yr guaranteed with bonuses. I think it was Cedric McMillan(not saying you might die) who was having chronic hiccups. Maybe start looking at him for a cause
