(First set is my Strength Lift)
Start with 75% of my one rep max. Using this weight perform sets as follows:
If I’m able to perform 3 or more reps during the last set, I’ll add 5 pounds to this lift the following week. If I stall, meaning I am unable to reach my 3 rep goal on the final set for 3 straight weeks, drop the weight by 7.5% and start pushing again.
•The 10 rep sets, using weight for a given exercise and add weight as I grow stronger.
I’ll run this program for a total of 10 weeks before taking a week away from training. Check bloods & health, if all is well; I’ll start my Bodybuilding Workout
Workout 4
Machine Press(neutral-grip)- 5 sets , 5,4,3,2,MAX (Negatives with assistance) Whole stack!
Bent Barbell Rows to belly - 5 sets , 10 reps 270lb
Dumbbell Bench Press(parallel touching) -5 sets, 10 reps 60lb (pain)
Close grip bench - 4 sets , 10 reps 210-185
Hammer Alternating Dumbbell Curls - 4 sets , 10 reps 55lbs

. I have nothing to say as it is a tough thing and I’m glad she’s surrounded by family. It was like one week ago I heard and already! I took my sadness and turned it into positive power and pushed myself beyond normal(employed some older strategies/grips). I wish i could share some of my days&nights with you and the people I meet….I would but I cannot as it would invade their privacy as well as mine. Pretty damn cool though and ..it was work, so cha Ching! Love those days ! I bought some Jazz Pharma & Alibaba shares with the money. Didn’t want to blow the easy $$. Baba went below $100 so, I figure in a decade or so , they will integrate into the world as they do for a lot of American businesses(unfortunately). I am really steadfast in my attitude and plans for the 2022-2023 seasons. I have it down to a T …lol…then it changes. I am going heavy and hard , short but explosive workouts, then mix in a lot of advanced techniques and ass backwards type training. I want to see if I can just destroy this one small area with everything I’ve got. It think it’s the key to unlocking new tissue (timing of partitioning agents also). Write down your to do list before bed - 5 things!
Remember, Reach at least One Goal Daily!
