Literally I'm not blowing smoke, hands down he has been the most dedicated with bodybuilding that I have personally seen in all my years on the communities.
Man I remember when he first started, he never skipped a beat, many of us had setbacks, injuries life went on blah blah blah.
He was training the entire time.
He looks completely different.
Plus working with @Montego
Both of them never left each other side, and this is the outcome of consistency, sticking with one coach, and just following the game plan.
Now it's not often that I say this out loud but when I do I mean it, I can't tell you how proud I am of him.
For all those guys that quit and gave up, this is what you could have looked like if you would've stuck with it.
