Good morning guys.

Concerning bloodwork….how often are you getting your blood drawn and reviewed?

3 months? 6 months? Yearly?

How knowledgeable are you to analyze your bloodwork and develop solutions to any issues?

As for me, it’s every 3 months and has been for many years.

If you plan to be in this game long term, you must study and understand how to manage certain aspects of your health. Be your own health advocate!!

Ok…how often are you getting bloodwork?

I am going to get mine here soon, I've been finding some pretty solid at home options. Rhythm is what I've been looking at because it's basically a full panel, you can get it every month and it's at the cost of $80. So that one is catching my eye.
Anyone seeing any options that are looking good?!

Depends on what’s going on, my Endo has me do BW every 6 months and my primary was at the 1st of the year, at times I’ll get BW twice in between those tests.
Mostly I use Goodlabs, so Quest, but in NC Quest isn’t an option,so I’m going to try Rythem this time we go to NC.

I do bloods monthly, but what I am running and where I am in the course dictates if it’s a “full” panel or a more stripped down “health check”.

I like to track my data and with some of the deals out there on lab work, it’s actually pretty affordable.

For example, I just finished a run with 600 Test, 350 Primo, and 300 NPP at peak doses. I was checking prolactin, progesterone, etc each month, which is something I wouldn’t necessarily check normally if I was just running test and mast or test and primo.
Also, I’ve been adding in full iron work ups as I’ve seen my ferritin dip down out of range, so I need to focus on troubleshooting/tracking the changes.

That’s a good deal.

Testosterone lowers Ferritin…there is data to support this.

What was your bloodwork looking like on the Test,Primo,NPP run?

Really good actually. Lipids, ggt, cystatin c, hba1c, all cbc and cmp values in range and/or optimal. No issues with E2 or prolactin.
Early on in the course my hs-crp was a bit elevated, as I was using a new test that I received. The carrier oil was causing some inflammation. Swapped that kit for another source and all was good again by next pull of the labs.

The ferritin thing is relatively new. Been on Test for about 5 years now and it was always on the lower side of normal but it definitely went down with this. Adding in some heme iron, and it’s coming up slowly.

Start/end of any cycle or change in PED protocol for a baseline/endpoint. 4-6 weeks after a change esp if it’s to something I haven’t run before (but usually regardless). Again in 6-8 if it’s a new compound or one that can more likely mess with you (EQ or NPP for example, whereas if I’m on a TRT dose of test plus low dose masteron or something I’m less likely to pull right at the second 6 week mark)

So, usually pretty frequently and even more so depending on compounds or novelty to me

After escaping the clinic scene, I used Rythm for convenience for my first 3 bloodwork panels. and since unsubscribed. While it seems fairly comprehensive, they do not do an ultra sensitive E2 test which doesn’t give a true read while running gear. I’ve asked them and they have no plan to provide sensitive E2. Next month I plan on either going through dirt cheap labs or goodlabs.
