Hello everyone,

I have a few questions regarding the transition into PCT following my last pin. First, on a percentage basis, how much should I decrease the weight I am lifting? Could you please explain the reasoning behind the recommended adjustment? Second, regarding nutrition, how should I adjust my calorie intake? Since I will not be consuming the same amount of calories while off gear, what is your perspective on managing this transition?

Hello everyone,

I have a few questions regarding the transition into PCT following my last pin. First, on a percentage basis, how much should I decrease the weight I am lifting? Since I will not be consuming the same amount of calories while off gear, what is your perspective on managing this transition?

Couple questions- you’re coming off completely and doing a PCT, correct?
Personally, I don’t adjust my training in terms of weight when off cycle. I try to keep the weight and intensity the same. I do, however, drop to TRT dosages, so I’m not “coming off” completely.
As far as calorie intake- are you looking to cut, maintain, etc? What’s your goal and what are you macros like while on cycle?

Diet i watch the mirror.
Dont over complicate things.

None
Could you please explain the reasoning behind the recommended adjustment?
You're not automatically going to lose 30% of your strength. Keep lifting and progressively overloading. You might need slight adjustments, but do that if you start lagging vs intentionally just dropping weight

Second, regarding nutrition, how should I adjust my calorie intake? Since I will not be consuming the same amount of calories while off gear, what is your perspective on managing this transition?
Depends if you're trying to continue to bulk, maintain, or cut. You're not going to burn drastically more calories on cycle.
