Bloodwork? How often are you getting it done?

Good morning guys.

Concerning bloodwork….how often are you getting your blood drawn and reviewed?

3 months? 6 months? Yearly?

How knowledgeable are you to analyze your bloodwork and develop solutions to any issues?

As for me, it’s every 3 months and has been for many years.

If you plan to be in this game long term, you must study and understand how to manage certain aspects of your health. Be your own health advocate!!

Ok…how often are you getting bloodwork?

I pull bloods every 8 weeks like clockwork.

I am going to get mine here soon, I've been finding some pretty solid at home options. Rhythm is what I've been looking at because it's basically a full panel, you can get it every month and it's at the cost of $80. So that one is catching my eye.
Anyone seeing any options that are looking good?!
