Dammit!miss training my shoulders
my doc said I overtrained my shoulders and now I should give them a rest for a couple of months due to injury (semi-rupture of three different tendons)
someone ever had anything similar?
yeah, been doing the same, but doc says I'm well on the direction for surgery if not stopping for a while...My front delt kills me every time I work it out but my stubborn ass just pushes through it.

Same thing they told me. My “big-orexia” won’t allow me to not do it lol.yeah, been doing the same, but doc says I'm well on the direction for surgery if not stopping for a while...
now it's leg day every day![]()

asking because i would go for the delt fly and shrugs both at the end to really get that burn

I usually try to get rear delts, first thing. Most of the time before any other exercise. Shrugs, I just throw them in wherever, sometimes I will do a set in between each exercise, than do good burnout at the endhonestly, hate it too. lol. but it seems there are guys who love training their legs. there's this jacked guy in my gym who says he loves training legs and hates training arms.

still better than scrolling the phonesometimes I will do a set in between each exercise,

I see so many people at my gym set on there phone for at least 5 minutes between sets. I usually rest 2 minutes max, depending on what I'm lifting. I turn my music on, then set my phone in the corner while I'm at the gymstill better than scrolling the phone![]()
happy to see you back at it!Did lighter weight Lats and all the little guys up and around the scapula, did my first curls since we'll before the surgery... they felt ok. I used the curl machine and kept them at 40lbs... so far so good!
Terrorized my Quads on the seated extension using increasing weights on each double leg set and dropped to +/- 50% of the dbl leg weight for the singles. The real terror was doing the double followed by each single, no breaks in between sets except to reassign the weight... needless to say I waited to leave... hate falling down the stairs on leg day!
