196.0 today, down 11.0 fasted since monday. gunna slow down a bit. think im gunna have a little extra tasty stuff as my appetites slowly creeping back. then i'll take 150mcg sema tonight. still hurting and cant lift
 
I'd wait a min before adding any more glp-1. When it hits, it's not fun if you've taken too much. It's better to be on the low side than being sick as fuck all day.
Ok sure but when you can't keep any solid foods down you can drink soooooo many cokes, and those taste way better than food.
 
managed to hit the gym yesterday. pec is still crippled by pip, and elbow still has tendonitis. I just hit biceps and delts again. I was able to actually push hard and take things to failure. Today i'll be hitting legs. sleeps a lil screwed still somehow. dropping test to 600. i'll add fun stuff in a week into october

Tendinitis blows, been dealing with it for a couple months now. And have major pip in my ass which fucking sucks haha!! What did you inject that gave ya pip?

Hit the gym yesterday 😎😎 I started off with deadlifts as I had wanted to do them for a while. I got 455. tried 495 6 times and every time i only got a couple inches. i'm sure i'll get it next time. Got a massive headache from just deadlifting though so that's all i hit, went home after

Wait until u get older & it takes a year to make the progress u make in a few weeks now!
 
hit some pretty shitty pullups and pushups and called it a day at the gym. damn elbows even preventing me from grinding out pushups now. switching to my marathon test while im just on test so i can get rid of these pip lumps. i'll go back to my high concentrate when im on some other compounds so i have stuff to dilute it a bit
 
My elbow is fucked right now also. Been trying to work around the pain for a couple months now.. sucks ballz
i tried to just get off it entirely for a while so itd heal as fast as possible. nope still screwing me and i havent hit triceps in like a month and a half
 
I have been going through something similar with my right elbow, I ended up taking two weeks off from lifting and that accomplished nothing. I came across this video while trying to find a cause/cure. It gave me instant relief, although the pain came back rather quickly. I have been doing this stretch about 20 times a day since and it has improved dramatically.

I'm sure you guys already know about this stretch, but maybe it will help someone. Apparently this guy's a physical therapist, he recommends 4-5 times a day. I recommend 20-30 times a day.
