Day 17
6th pinned earlier 2cc of test/primo, 20mg dbol along aand had a decent pull day, was able to add an extra set of 10 reps to pull ups, increased weight on seated row machine/rear deltoid and bicep curl with resistance; haven’t done the last one in awhile but set near pr on that. Pumps on pumps on pumps fckin hell, I weighed myself afterwards and since starting I’m up 12lbs, abs coming through a good bit more and if I squeeze hard rough can see the roadwork/outline, of course going for as much size as possible but not with junk food/etc, I’m upping cals/carbs a touch more and still doing 5-6 days of 1-1.5hrs of cardio, well, walking/power walking, the leg pumps get kinda stupid over doing it but I knew that going into this. Love how I’m even getting a slight arm pump just from the swaying during walks.
So far only negative sides are the shin/calf/quad/back pumps, if it works for some/modt great, but taurine hasn‘t been doin ish, as soon as I feel it coming on, I either sit/lay down, laughing it off until it subsides, I have a pretty high pain tolerance/threshold but not gonna lie it gets kinda brutal during squats or fast walking for a while.
So far the gains have been steadily decent, aside from a slow start at times, I dropped pwo/other supps before starting but now almost 3 weeks in, l don’t notice anything out of the ordinary, my BP is still the same, of course it’s slightly elevated during physical exertion but it goes away quickly as when I’m doing heavier weights/volume, I’m increasing my rest time. I noticed CoQ10 giving me some energy, not sure if placebo or not on top of the milk thistle/NAC, I’m also taking a multi-mineral with boran, a B vit mix (also helping on energy/etc), tumeric, going to try taurine another couple more days but I think it’s a wash with that. BCAA drink and picked up liquid carbs for the extra ompfh and making sure to time that right
