1000% and I love/miss that show that ish was classic. No worries and I hear ya on that, some people just gotten too sensitive/emotional whether on or off and that’s another fact right there and I learned during my DJing/coordinating days, try to please everyone and you please no one on top of being unhappy. But staying true and keeping things real on top of being humble, sense of humor (I like to make fun of myself as well) and thick skin goes a long way for sure and appreciate you brotha!

Day 10:

I’m up a total of 9lbs since starting, bloats been dropping a bit, despite eating more I make sure it’s been all lean/clean meats/veggies/brown rice/oats and spacing my meals enough where my body enjoys it.

Pin 4 today on my other deltoid, not sure why but ish stung like a mothafucka, maybe from a slight pump/tensing muscle without realizing it but had to take some Advil, which I’m not trying to do too often less strain on thee ole organs. Other than a few hours jumping up to 40mgs of dbol during 1st day did I notice a slight bit of BP/headache but after that, up to today, smooth sailing. As preventive measure going to take a half an aromasin soon and if anything l have the adex as well.

Primo coming in on Saturday going to start that on Monday so it’s all in one shot, I’ve heard mixed about the PIP, but I like the idea of its properties and think it’ll compliment everything else lovely.

Week 3 will look like this:
500mg Test-E (might bump up down the road)
400mg Primo (again might bump up after a few weeks)
40mg Dbol
AI’s on hand
Taking the same support supps

Not gonna lie been thinking about throwing in another oral after dbol ends, however, still taking things day to day, eyes on the prize and enjoying every second. Sex drive/great feeling/strength/weight is up and I’m learning my body doesn’t like taking dbol too late in evening so now I’m going to do a twice 20mg dose, am/afternoon and see how that treats me.

Dude slow down on throwing in more gear and upping dosages. It's your 1st cycle! Run the test and focus on diet and training.

Day 16

Sorry for the delay and sorry gents already started with primo, haven’t weighed myself yet but def feeling I put on couple more pounds. Strength/energy is up, starting to get tougher fitting into some clothes but no complaints. I’ve added bit more weight to each workout and starting to notice a bit faster in recovery. If anything going to drop dbol back down to 30mg and each inj day I’ll take 10mgs aromasin.

Walking sucks with these lovely leg/calf pumps but is what it is, of course during/after workouts getting some intense pumps but goes down kinda quickly.

I solved my PIP problem, after 3rd pin stung decently, no lumps/hurt to touch/warmth, figured crystallization, so for 4th pinning, I warmed up test/primo and other than a tiny bit of soreness (I was expecting a lot worse from primo) it was a lot lot better than 3rd pin.

I fully agree with diet/training way above on the totem pole but between experience/experimenting a bit without getting too stupid with it, I’m going off how I feel/what I can see and the following week taking bloods. Plan on getting more involved but life’s been nonstop recently and should get back to normal soon but haven’t taken any days off gym and overdue my cheat day but so far decent progress and feelin really damn good, nice lil sense of calmness with extra awareness

Day 17

6th pinned earlier 2cc of test/primo, 20mg dbol along aand had a decent pull day, was able to add an extra set of 10 reps to pull ups, increased weight on seated row machine/rear deltoid and bicep curl with resistance; haven’t done the last one in awhile but set near pr on that. Pumps on pumps on pumps fckin hell, I weighed myself afterwards and since starting I’m up 12lbs, abs coming through a good bit more and if I squeeze hard rough can see the roadwork/outline, of course going for as much size as possible but not with junk food/etc, I’m upping cals/carbs a touch more and still doing 5-6 days of 1-1.5hrs of cardio, well, walking/power walking, the leg pumps get kinda stupid over doing it but I knew that going into this. Love how I’m even getting a slight arm pump just from the swaying during walks.

So far only negative sides are the shin/calf/quad/back pumps, if it works for some/modt great, but taurine hasn‘t been doin ish, as soon as I feel it coming on, I either sit/lay down, laughing it off until it subsides, I have a pretty high pain tolerance/threshold but not gonna lie it gets kinda brutal during squats or fast walking for a while.

So far the gains have been steadily decent, aside from a slow start at times, I dropped pwo/other supps before starting but now almost 3 weeks in, l don’t notice anything out of the ordinary, my BP is still the same, of course it’s slightly elevated during physical exertion but it goes away quickly as when I’m doing heavier weights/volume, I’m increasing my rest time. I noticed CoQ10 giving me some energy, not sure if placebo or not on top of the milk thistle/NAC, I’m also taking a multi-mineral with boran, a B vit mix (also helping on energy/etc), tumeric, going to try taurine another couple more days but I think it’s a wash with that. BCAA drink and picked up liquid carbs for the extra ompfh and making sure to time that right

Since next 2 days are off/rest days going to get in quick update before next log/pin/workout; I know there are several factors to it but noticing that touch of insomnia coming back, I’m not feeling fatigued/anything like that but I notice when I start getting tired it’s taking a bit longer to fall asleep, which again I’m aware of between different compounds, quick weight gain, leg pumps (I started taking this restless leg homeopathic and it kinda helps). The PIP is just slightly there, day after 2nd pin with test/primo mix but nothing nearly like the one before so now it’s looking like:

test 500 pw
primo 400 pw
dbol 30

I’m going to boost my test slightly to 750 to see how my body responds and if I notice extra bloat/feel anything weird I’ll lower it back down. Even with weight going up abs coming through a bit more, the aromasin helped with the extra bloat and there was 1 day bit before starting primo, felt some spicy nips coming on and I’d say within the hour that was knocked out; I know this/higher doses of test will aromatize and same with dbol where that’s aromatizing decently, so I’d rather take the preventative measure rather than the too late measure.

Also making sure I don’t crash my e so between feeling/few things I’m looking out for I’ll keep adjusting then bloods shortly to get a precise idea and taking it 1 day at a time from there and will post/update after 7th pin/start of week 4.

Just did 2nd pin in other deltoid, soreness in other arm completely gone, dbol with breakfast gonna wait a lil bit and then push day. Feeling pretty damn good though, arm just got sore but all good gonna push that ish out no excuses

Day 21

Pinned this am 1.5 test + 1 primo, aside from onset pressure it went away much much faster than before. Dropped dbol back down to 30mg over the last few days and notice a bit more increase in energy, still getting insane pumps and adding bit more weight to each exercise, able to increase volume by adding an additional set to each exercise and between very decent pumps, strength/energy is increasing and with the addition of aromasin/proviron, even with eating the same/sometimes touch more, looking lean with fuller looking muscles.

Today was upper, since starting I’ve added on 20lbs onto bench comfortable, just nearly at 2 plates of multiple sets between 8-10.

DB shoulder press 50lbs 10 reps at 4 sets; could have gone a bit higher here, made a mental note for next time.

Both standing/cable rows have increased a good amount and along with tricep press down with the triangular looking bar, I’ve almost maxed out the cable machine weight at 200lbs and going to look for a heavier machine if need be. Well, for DB single arm row comfortable using 75-80, 90 looks to be the heaviest where I’m at so I’m sure in short time going to increase volume/reps.

This time used bicep machine with resistance that you can use either single/double arm, I use this to switch up between preacher curls/curls with olympic bar/db and comfortably hitting 100/120 for 10 reps at 4 sets.

Machine cable flies, I usually don’t go too high weight with these and concentrate on form/squeezing/holding for a couple of seconds, all at 12 reps so I start at 60/70 and then 80 twice.

Finishing off with a Tricep pull down, no extension, just the ball from the top of the pulley all reps of 15 for extra pump, 40/50/60/70

Hell of a pump not going to lie, still had a good amount more energy but figured 1.5hrs was enough since I plan on going for my body weight exercise walk later on, mixture of different types of push-ups followed up by tricep dips.

Did not weight myself today, waiting for Thursday/Friday to do so, I can tell by looking at clothes that are getting tighter/looking and of course seeing constant improvement in gym and feeling great overall.

I’ll update bit more later on when I have more free time
