Size vs. Strength: Differences Between Training for Each

Article states strength rep range is between 4 to 8 reps.

Hypertrophy or muscle building is a rep range between 5 and 30 reps.

I’m usually at the 8 to 12 reps range. Guess I’m sorta doing both.

I can’t help but remember a quote I read as a kid by Arnold. It was, “you can’t get big without strong. There is no big without strong.”

I took this as getting in the higher rep range but also moving as much weight as well.
