Road to freak or bust

Weight outta bed was 213 on the nose. Good bump on training meals which I’ll post below. Strength still rising or reps increasing I’m noticing much more of a connection with heavier weights with a 7 or 8 to 10 rep range and seeing excelllent growth and staying in good conditioning as well. Cardio is still a breeze but making sure I push myself with it. Todays legs A all of these had 2-3 feeder/warm up sets

Leg extensions 3 sets of AMRAP since now I have to use bungee cords to add weight haha think I was at 280-300 somewhere between there

Seated leg curls 3 sets 12-15 keep these higher to warm and pump the legs

Low and close leg press 3 sets

Smith RDL 3 sets

Hack squats 4 sets

Calf raises 3 sets AMRAP

Brutal leg day and leg pump was crawling and seeing stars after this

Pre- 120g cream of rice (bump)
60g protein from whey isolate
80 g banana
10 g nut butters


Intra- 15g EAA
45g karbolyn (bump)
10g creatine
10g glutamine
2g pink salt

Post- 7is chicken breast
350g jasmine

Meal 1- 7 oz swai
280g jasmine rice (bump)
100g green beans
5g EVOO

Meal 2- 7oz lean ground beef
300g sweet potatoes (bump)

Meal 3: 50g from whey isolate
45g or COR or equivalent rice cakes which is about 6 ( bump)
100g berries
10g but butters

140g Jasmine rice

359g egg whites
3 whole eggs
2 english muffins ( bump )
150g berries

Only 1 real day into it and pretty easy so far 3 meals in haven’t struggled for any of em always hungry for the next. A while ago when I was working with a different coach was able to push food up to about 8000-9000 and got up to about 260-270 still with abs. If I do it correctly my body can really put in some food and size. I’m hoping to put a much quality size on now that’s keeps me and next push or end of this one Throw in some slin snd up the GH that’s seen some tremendous growth for me personally

Not yet haha I’ve been starving so and training is still progressing very well I’d rather increase the food now instead of gear or add orals etc. when I was eating the most ever I’d be setting an alarm sometimes just to wake up and get the meal in. I’m sure I’ll get there again I’d like to get back up to 260-270 again and stay there this time as long as life doesn’t totally kick me in the balls again 🤣

Do you have any pics from when you was 270? With muscle memory you’ll have no problem getting it back especially eating like a shark lol

happens! I always tell everybody, when i was at 600 carbs or so, generally sundays was a little bit of a late day for me and I always had anxiety if I started eating too late because stuffing it in was tough.

i didnt do myself any favors eating a lot of satiating foods because at the same time, being hungry was a huge fear of mine, and going back to old habits.

although now im more comfortable with just being a little hungry and being fine. should be better off next time, was my first ever blast and growth phase as well, big learning experience.

lmao that reminds of the time at peak carbs, my wife got a flat 3 hours away and i had to go save her, so i missed 2 meals I had to make up.
pounding 2100 cals at once, then a few hours later another 800 was ROUGH lmao.
 
Woke up a little heavier today just didn’t get a lotta sleep busy day today. Blasted through 35 min fasted cardio at a 10 incline 3.9-4.1 speed. After that pre meal and than blasted today’s push day. No problem getting down all the food with the bump yesterday still was eating every 2-2.5 hours. Took my Reta shot last night so we will see what today brings with that and the food 🤔 time will tell but I doubt it will be a problem. Strength and pump today were bonkers definitely putting the extra food to good use. Didn’t get a chance to edit and post pics yet been super busy getting ready fkr the holiday and everything else but I’ll get em on tonight and todays workout too but just as an example incline press went up 10lbs to 335 got solid 7 sloppy 8 and the back offs were 300 after that for 11 and than 10. Still progressing on all lifts whether it’s weight or reps and making sure I stay focused on the tempo of the movement and muscle connection. I had a problem really getting the chest to connect with the mind when I first started lifting seriously but now I’ve got it dialed in where I’ve found what works for me and little tweaks etc. been seeing a lot of videos and shit talking about oh there’s only one optimal form to activate this muscle or ther and where I agree there should be some universal type of form I stollmfirllt believe certain angles or grips etc are personal dependent. Sorry about my ramble haha with that being said didn’t have my buddy with me today cause he didn’t wanna go out in the nasty weather so it was me solo just getting under the heavy weights and really living on the wild side going to failure etc. I always make sure I set up so I can bail safely if needed cause I’m not leaving anything on the table all gas no brakes!!
 
Weights hovering last couple days between 215-216 feeling very strong . Food bumps going down easy and making sure I put it to good use and not slacking on cardio or steps help. Treated myself to an early pull session today and absolutely murdered the back and biceps. Felt like an animal. Here’s last weeks check ins too

Thanks man I definitely can handle and need the food when everything’s dialed in plus I’d rather utilize the food and training and hold off on all the other tricks and tools until there needed. I’d say we are in a pretty good spot conditioning wise being 20lbs up too haha. I’m ready to grow!!
 
Hope everyone had a great holiday and enjoyed. It was very make for me rewarding and relaxing . Only set back for me was the in laws fucking mongrel dogs are my meat meal so I threw in a little pasta cause that’s all there www with some steak and woke Ik this morning and hands swollen etc haha but I’ll work it off. Everything else on plan except for the pasta 🤣🤣 shit happens but still chugging was 218 and change this morning still feeling and looking full as a house and good conditioning
 
Well holy fuck I murdered let’s today fucking brutal threw up on squats and hack squats we were digging fucking deep today. Legs were so swollen I was crawling outta some sets. My hands aren’t swollen anymore and I’ve literally been emptying out since I woke up so I don’t feel bloated anymore either. Going to be a good day besides being not able to walk and check ins tomorrow let’s finish this week strong.
 
Morning everyone check ins send. Cardio completed workout coming soon it’s an upper day. Weight this morning was 222 and change 😧 also have the little Carpel tunnel stiff wrist feeling which partly I’m sure is how I slept/nerve damage but I’m guessing maybe this newest kit of GH I opened might be slightly overdosed, I’ll have to look at recent testing where I got it cause nothing has changed except that same type just new kit. But with that being said still holding good conditioning, strength and intensity are still up getting very strong still making progress. Asked coach where he thought we could realistically end up because I think we still have a good pint of tricks left in the bag we can use to really push. I’ll update everyone later kill this mother fucking day everyone

Holding. Going to hold the food and gear till the weight levels out. Do a mid week Tuesday and see if we keep riding or make a change. And GH looks like it was from the same batch so maybe this one’s just a little overdose or something. The sides don’t bother me at all really so not a huge loss. About 12k extra steps in. Tomorrow is just a cardio day. I’ll post pics tomorrow hope you guys killed the weekend!
 
rest day with cardio today. About 13k extra steps in. Foods much lower and I’m always starving the rest days. Got a lot food prep and stuff done took the dog on a decent walk. Some family stuff really day tomorrow and a leg day ill

Early day but murderer legs. I’ve bbeen n enjoying having a spotter/ people to push me and even though I train balls to the wall someone else might see one more in the tank. With that being said still progressed on weight or reps except last exercise which was hack squats in the 3rd set got some pain in the bad knee so dropped the weight and didn’t realize till after the 4th set the swelling that occurred so Ice today and coach said we are gunna monitor leg recovery and just the knee itself before our second leg day this week. Otherwise it was a great workout really pushing hard body’s just gotta catch up I think. Walking around full as a house muscle wise food and digestion are great pics later. Let’s start this week off right

Yeah man shits not easy but kinda dealt myself these cards so I play em the best I can for now. Happy I still have the drive to get everything done but I know I have a burnout day coming unless I get some rest I can just feel it. But for now we push on 🤣
 
So yesterday was rough ended up being up and moving fkr over 24 hours 🤦‍♂️ got home took my gummies and sleep stuff pill etc and knocked for a solid 8 felt like a zombie when I woke up but after about 30 minutes felt normal haha. I woke up 4-5 lbs lighter and blasted through cardio since it’s a rest day. I’ve been starving all day so the fact I’m behind on meals is a good thing cause I can eat whenever and not worry about spacing them out and being hungry later. Tomorrows a leg day which are my favorites so going to prep some food and get some good rest tonight and kill the day tomorrow . Hunger has slowly been creeping up again even with this food increase so we will see what coach says at Saturday check ins. In thinking either a cheat meal or refeed day or another food bump. Training hasn’t been stagnant but progression has been not as major jumps so I think withing the next 2-3 weeks we might add in some drol or up the gear doses. Time will tell and it’s I. Coaches hands

Great glutes are still in which holy shit I’m surprised about . I’ll give a longer detailed update later I’m still in zen mode haha not even home yet
