Ketchup was amazing he really got me to a solid point and we made great progress but some life shit happened and my Buffy who also coaches made me an offer I couldn’t refuse lol so I switched over to him. Nothing to do with ketchup I would recommend him to anyone just had to do what made sense in life at the moment
 
Alright guys that muscles acting up again seems to be worse at night been icing it and elevating it seems to help a lot. I’m going to attempt to do some legs tomorrow and see how it goes. About 10-11k extra steps in even with being pretty lazy. Let’s start the week strong everyone

Left out back squats cause that was irritating it but ended up having a great workout still legs were pumped and really
Focused on the mind muscle connection. Still working out writing out the diet but pre meal 10g extra COR post meal 70g extra jasmine rice I’ll update en all st the end of the day update. Feeling better today just don’t wanna push it so I’ll try and just get sporadic steps in and rest ice and heat in between when I can. I’m thinking of it keeps feeling better I’ll be ready to crush legs next week cross your fingers for me haha

Not sure exactly but I’m pretty confident I pulled or strained a glute tendon have all the symptoms I have a PT appointment today with my friend to see if he can help cause I don’t have insurance right now and don’t feel like selling my soul. Just a pain on the left glute that stretches on the outside of the hip and sometimes to the quad and ham

yea those are tough. i'm usually good for one glute pull per year. really knocks me down for a couple days and gets better a little bit each day. just keep up with the walking. movement is medicine brother

Yeah just had the appt a little while ago he thinks it’s what I thought slight glute tendon pull and aggravated the pelvis/hip joint. I had a bad injury a while back where my one leg is about an inch and a half shorter than the other so he thinks that contributed to it as well. He stretched me out good and suggested getting a cheap theragun type thing and more heat than ice. Going to incorporate all of those as well as some NSAIDS. He said do what I did today for let’s untik I feel even slight aggravation keep walking otherwise in a week or 2 he thinks I’ll be good as new!
 
Going to be a pretty uneventful night so I’ll update now sore again at night so just gonna use some more heat and ice and topical stuff at bed with NSAIDS. Only going to get about 9-10k extra steps today but they were intense ones so I’m sure that’s why I’m sore as well. Otherwise body feels great. Feel very full and solid have had no issue getting the increased food down still hungry for meals every 2 hours. Tomorrow is fasted cardio than a push day very excited to see how progress goes tomorrow. Everything feels like it’s clocking rigjt conditioning is still holding looking much fuller and already see some size coming back. Very confident in heading in the right direction.
 
So note to self stretch even better before bed and hammer the shit outta my hams, quads etc. with this massage gun I just bought before bed. I usually have a hard time falling asleep I’ve been taking melatonin, GABA, magnesium, ashgwanda and take edibles and smoke before bed I mean the kitchen sink and still I wake up 2-3 times in the night but with this leg getting so tight sleep last night was brutal I finally said fuck it and got up forced myself through some brutal stretching and started my fasted cardio even that was literally torture at first from how tight I was but it loosened it up and I feel better got up to 4.2 speed on a 10 incline. I’m gunna wait another 2 days and see if this massage gun helps it and if it gets better otherwise I think I gotta go to the docs I’m fine until it tightens up or I sit fkr too long than I’m fucked. So if anyone has any sleep tips besides prescribed meds let me know I’ve been following Martin “the Martian” and he talked about taking 100mg melatonin cause if the same problems I have sleeping might just say fucj it and give that a try. Also if anyone has any tips or tricks about this muscle/tendon let me know I’ve been using Bpc but going to add tb in today and just blast it straight into the affected area as well as I’m using some topical bpc and tb product my coach gave me so we will see. With that being said pre workout meals digesting which is now 80g COR, 80G banana, 60g protein from whey isolate and 10G nut butter. Food has been super easy to get down with the bump and I was pulling clean vacuums this morning so no issues with digestion which I’m surprised with the broken sleep. Sorry for the rant I’ll give you guys another update later
 
So it was a great fucking push day. I was furious with how I felt this morning and took it out on the weights haha. Strength is up had to adjust a couple movements and positions to not aggravate the leg but they were made and the workout got done and fucking ran through. I’ll update the workout and shit later when I reformat and fix the premade every day supp and weight and diet post etc. but cardio’s done workouts done time to eat today and jjst get some solid steady active steps in. I’m most likely going to work from home today and just eat and walk and eat and walk and take some NSAIDS, heat , ice , Epsom salt baths and hit my pen to relax. Tomorrows a push day which is my favorite besides legs which are now in first place for me. Hope everyone’s ready to tear this fucking say down and kill it. There’s always a way to make it happen stop using excuses and start making results

Leg is definitely better gunna eat and knock out and see how I feel in the morning. Also didn’t get steps tracked program still shows zero but over 10k
 
So blasting my leg with the massage gun and sleeping with the heating pad helped tremendously. Faster paced cardio actually helps it feel better this morning as well. And I can definitely feel it more in the glute to the outside of the hip which leads me to believe it truly is the glute tendon. But with that being said cardio done meal one done. Pull day soon ready to murder it. Food bump has been no issue still good conditioning no bloat. Been looking very vascular as well as full muscles. I think this is going to be a very good productive and fun push phase. Got another round of bloodwork coming soon to check e2 etc. curious to see how the EQ is affecting the e2 number. If all is well might titrate doses up a touch in the future time will tell. I’ll give ya guys an update later on the workout etc.

For sure I started getting that “feeling” last week but knew some of it was placebo and some wasn’t but now seeing the fullness, vascularity, appetite and strength go up it’s go time 🤣 I usually get strong quick so just have to make sure I don’t get stupid lol
 
Well I fucked up and ended up taking a nap for waaayyyy to long and I was waayyy behind on meals so it’s going to be a rough nice haha I have 2 more to go so I’m either going to be up late eating them or setting an alarm lol. Thank god tomorrow’s a rest day and lower food cause otherwise I would have been in some trouble 🤣🤣. But it’s also a good thing appetites been up so that helps a little. Might take a good size walk to help aid digestion as well except it’s fuciing freezing out. Gunna focus on the food and the little one for the rest of the night I’ll give you all the full update tomorrow. Keep cashing checks and snapping necks guys
 
Not dead just been a crazy couple of days yesterday alone I clocked 22k EXTRA steps haha. Good news is the leg is feeling 10 times better I’m gauging mid this upcoming week or the following it’ll be close to 100%. With that being said average weight this week was 203.7 up 2lbs from last week but still holding very good condition in my opinion and I’m assuming there was some inflammation etc from the injury. I’ll post pics up later with a recap of the last few workouts etc. had a good upper say today with my buddy/coach, we moved around some exercises and arm and bar placements etc. had a really good pump and connected really well with the targeted muscles. I feel like everything is moving in the right direction but also feel like a little/small bitch still but it’s all part of the process. Once coach give me the changes later I’ll give you guys a full write up with pics. But this train ain’t stopping haha all gas no brakes
 
Phones being a piece of shit today won’t let me upload pics idk if it’s my phone cause it was fucking up earlier too I’m bringing it to my buddy’s Verizon tomorrow. So when they fix the damn thing I’ll upload but we are in good condition still which I’ll show ya guys 🤣 . Today’s rest day was the usual for me laundry,food prep, time with the little one and the dog. Got about 12-13k steps in. Was starving all day. Gunna assess food Tuesday and see if we are going to bump I woke up 5lbs lighter today so a pretty big drop and hungers been up. Otherwise it’s business as usual ready to crush this weeks lifts cause the legs finally feeling better. Also got a CPAP hopefully grabbing it tomorrow and it works some magic

For sure. It will take some time to get used to. Dialing the pressure settings in took me a minute to figure out. When I first started it was on full blast and id wake up letting out crazy belches :ROFLMAO:

Hopefully it’s not hard I tried to idiot proof it and found an auto adjust one super cheap so hopefully I won’t have to adjust anything and it doesn’t by itself

so the thing with those machines, it will adjust it up to the max pressure. so every night i was getting 20cm of pressure. I would adjust it down in the settings based on the machines tracked apnea events. so now I have adjust to a max of 10cm. there are videos on how to do it, not complicated just play around if you feel the need

So another weight drop today haha went to bed at 207.9 woke up at 200.8 this morning outta bed and that’s before I went to the bathroom. Hunger has been up for sure digestion has been fine. Told my coach so we will see what he has to say was supposed to do a little check in tomorrow anyway. With that being said leg was feeling better and today’s legs A showed it. Both hamstrings and glutes were still pretty tight even with all the stretching I did and theragun, so I still eyeballed the log book but today’s workout was focused on how the body was feeling. I can also tell that the left hamstring is significantly more tight because on some one of the ISO exercises the difference was night and day haha so will possibly throw some more iso stuff in there to bring that up we will see.
