Road to freak or bust

Well good thing I’m always prepped with food and backed up still not home but I’m defiantly reset enough not to care hit traffic and than got an emergency work call just my luck. But spoke with coach gunna hold food where it’s at this next week cause it just stabilized and I’m gunna start taking some blood sugar readings fast and after meals. Probably ramping up the goodies and adding some slin in soon and of course pushing food it’s time to fucking grow like is said the goal is to be a freak.

Today’s a rest day enjoyed it with family. I absolutely breezed through cardio 10 incline up to a 4.2 speed. Weight still hovering in 220 . Whatever and I was starving all day..got a BP monitor and glucose monitor coming tomorrow or next for when we implement the new protocols and bump food. Pinned tri’s for the 1st time today took half in each and depositions virgin muscle so they are sore but no PIP yet
 
Solid 8-8.4 hours of sleep I felt mash when I woke up haha. Been waking g up starving f curious to see what my fasted BH levels are I’ll have the machine soon. Otherwise ate me pre meal and smashed some legs. Definitely plateaued a little last week from the lack of sleep and stress on the body. Weight still stagnant hunger still up body feels good starting to catch up to the weight jumps

Digestion and food still no problem. Ready to keep growing and to get the most out of this phase I believe the body will continue to be very responsive if we can keep pushing food and keeping tricks in the bag until they are needed. Goals to be a damn freak!!

Weight jumped a little today but it usually does after yesterday being a reta shot and a leg day the trend is weight is usually always up for some reason. But I feel

Hours of sleep but that’s without the CPAP which I haven’t been able to use in a couple days cause nose has been fucked up. But it’s clearing up and also have more nasal strips and a wedge pillow in the way to try and see if that helps been taking a sleep product as. Well which now made my nighttime sleep protocol even heftier lmfao.

So loads of laundry to do and some meal prep stuff so illl give an update now. Megs are still pretty sore I’ll theragun them tonight along with an epsom salt soak. Hunger is pretty fucking high today eating every 2 hours wanting my next meal no problems. Gunna get well over 10k extra steps in. Glucose and BP reader just got here so I’ll start tracking those numbers in the morning. Going to also have to invest in 2xl shirts cause a lotta the xl’s are looking like baby gap over here 🤣 overall
A great day and good week so far happy all around and tomorrows one of my favorites pill day with 35min fasted cardio. Let’s keep grinding away everyone 💪!!!!
 
fasted BG outta bed was 101 outta bed which is a bit higher than I expected

BP was 123/82 96pulse

Weight was 224.3 so still up a little again but still Good conditioning feel full as a house. Fasted cardio for 35mins incline 10 speed 3.7 had some onset of shin splints today so maybe hydration was off or didn’t stretch enough. But either way blasted it out and was drenched afterwards. Took down the pre workout meal and than got into a gnarly pull day.

All kd these had warm up/ feeder sets back was fucking pumped felt strong again today. Very happy with progression next weeks back will be small increments on weight increases or adding reps to existing weights. Focus is to maintain form and muscle connection. Will continue to track fasted BG and I’ll get a reading also one hour after two meals throughout the day. As well as BP. I foresee some insulin thrown into the mix as well as possibly some drol and or upping some of the gear doses how soon I’m not sure entirely up to coach but I’m sure it’s gunna happen if I was a betting man. Otherwise just keeping the ball rolling. I’ll have another set up basic bloods at the end of this month as well just to monitor some markers etc.
 
Littke midday update. BG was between 96-111 1 hour after post workout meal (5 point swing on the machine). I took too much melonstan2 and am ducking nauseas 🤣 but I’m hungry again today. Lotta extra steps in m. Had an insanely productive haul from a restaurant food supply store o did the math and saved myself well over $300. But definitely looking forward to tomorrow being a rest day.
 
So definitely tore up the back and the little ones ran me ragged today haha. Little behind on meals but I got plenty of time left. Got a bunch of extra steps in tomorrow just a fasted cardio day but again it’ll be a long day lotta extra steps tomorrow too. Can’t wait fr some warmer weather too this cold and snow shit is getting old. Hope everyone’s killing the week!!!
 
So I think either the glucose reader I got is a piece of shit or broken haha. So going to run to the medical store near me today and grab one and I’ll return the other. I tested 4 times this morning and not one was even close to the last or next. But with that being said it was a shitty morning and I’m usually not like that haha. I had a space invader last night so didn’t sleep the greatest. Cardio sucked I got wicked shin splints in my right leg so wasn’t the best cardio session. Obviously I just put my head down and got it done but not up to par for me. And I have a guy near me who has been asking me for help in the gym etc so I took the time sent him a bunch of questions literally wasted hours answering any of his questions etc and he hasn’t followed through on anything. It’s extremely frustrating cause I’m no guru but I can help someone get started on their journey or dial in a workout or a diet etc. but don’t waste my time. So needless to say my day can only get better from here 🤣 thank god it’s a rest day
 
Gonna try and knock soon think I was fighting something off last night into this morning either that or my sinuses were fucking brutal but either way feel great now been starving all day during the rest day. Also not sure whether the glucose readers working now because it’s broken in or whatever but readings later today were much more believable and consistent. 1 hour after Meal 3 85 1 hour after meal 5 82 ill see what happens in the morning. Happy weekend ya animals! Had a great upper day with coach today felt strong and great. Weight was 224 this morning so been hovering between 222-224 usually up a 1lb average from last week. But conditioning it’s still on point. Fasted glucose outta bed was 89-94 based off the swing and couple kf readings and blood pressure was great. Got about 7 hours of sleep woulda been closer to 9 but one of the little ones decided to have an accident but all good.

Took some much needed sleep in rest today didn’t set an alarm got about 9 hours of sleep smashed fasted cardio. Waiting for finalized plan for this week but even though coach saw in person he is very happy with where we are food will stay the same since we are still growing, recovery is still
Good although the progress is making the body a little more sore still ready for ever workout, still fishing quality size and keeping conditioning and even though hungers up it’s not unbearable. Most likely throwing in some lantus and possible some humalog pre and possibly post we will see. I’m at the point now where I’m enjoying training and the process so much that rest days are even harder so I try to make them as relaxing and rewarding as possible to calm my crazy OCD ass down 🤣. I think if we take this year or most of it to focus on growing and putting on tissue either end of this year or early next we can really bring a stage worthy package. I don’t wanna do physique or anything like that unless we have no choice, my goal has and still is to build something fucking freakish and massive. The drive is there, the body is primed, the work is being done and I’m literally locked in on all fronts. Hope everyone’s having a good weekend ill

Glucose meters, if they're a name brand, are pretty accurate.... They gotta be or people would be falling dead all over the place.

I would try some new strips and be sure you're only letting them stay open long enough to take one out then cap it.

So has a solid day lotta extras steps but a nice rest day. Had steak and rice at a little restaurant today this is the first time I’ve switched out one of my meals in idk how
Long still fit macros etc. it was really good had a little Thai steak sauce I used sparingly although i do think they used oil
Or butter to cook it but it wont kill me. Everything will stay the same this week with coach etc when I get some lantus we will do 15units AM on training days. Waiting on some talking a plan ride but if anyone knows where it is this side of the pond send me a DM. Let’s keel

Cardio sucked a little today legs were beat up and holding some water shit sleep and usually heavier after a leg day woke up at 227 this morning but still lean being vascular etc. stomachs cleaning out a little too had like 5-6 bowel movements but has an awesome push day. I mean from the pump to the intensity and progression was wild. Pumps so great it was brutal.

Holy pumps Batman today’s pull workout was one for the books haha. But first the boring shit. Solid 8 hours of sleep finally able to use the CPAP again thank god. Woke up banged out 35 of fasted cardio no shin splints for the win. Scales averaging mid 226-227 haven’t touched food so I think e are putting on some quality tissue. Lantus should be here next week. Excited for this weeks check ins cause I know if I’m seeing changes in the mirror with how tough I am
On myself they’ll show this weekend haha. Except im a hairy fuck right now. Now what I do notice is that as the intensity of the workouts keep building and weights and reps are progressing very wwll

Between that and the intensity of the workouts you aren’t lying haha. And up about 34-35lbs and still great conditioning im excited to see where we can push this. If I wasn’t smart I’d be eating literally every 2 hours and have my meals done by like 6pm which would make me a miserable individual 🤣 im assuming another small food bump next week based off of recovery, weight stabilizing and hunger but we will see all I do is follow the plan 🤣
