Pinned 20iu’s of test C from H&B . Plan to do 20 iu’s every day for a week, then drop it to 12iu’s. Upped my calories a bit, so now it’s time to track how’s feel and I hope the test kicks i sooner then later!

I worked 3 body parts since Tuesday and all 3 are sore today. That’s a win for me. Trying to get that mind muscle connection going. Tonight is back and bi’s.

Not sure on what to do with calories. Been at 166 for a few weeks. No cardio and I am kinda thinking to wait till the test kicks in to see if my body changes. I really don’t want to get any fatter, so hopefully I start to lean out a little. I did add one more meal instead of eating a quest bar, so we’ll see how that reacts. I drink a gallon of water a day, so I am hydrated.

188.4 this morning. Only thing that changed was about 3-4 oz of beef jerky added to the meals yesterday. I took the night off since I feel sick. Not sure if it’s test flu of just a random sickness.

Shoulders last night. Went up another 5 lbs on db presses. Ate a few more carbs around the workout trying to help with going up in weight.

Been on test a week now. Going to drop the iu’s from 20 to 15 and ride it out for a little bit. Once I plateau, I will up the dose. Been hitting solely quads and they seem to be getting sore. I think I am going to pin other muscles to spread out the soreness.

One thing to note is I am up 10 lbs in 4 weeks. I know there has to be little fat , but hopefully there is some muscle gain!

Completed 2 weeks of 264mg of test a week. I’m wondering when the best time to get blood drawn is that will show my e2 levels? Will the taper off at some point on this dose?

Weight 174 . Did a bunch of fly presses, pec dec, db flys last night. Saw a video that flys and stretching more should make your chest grow quicker. We’ll see if I get sore from it.

Still holding 174 lbs.

Legs were last night and chest and tri’s tonight. Legs are sore today and I went up another plate on leg press.

I do feel fuller lately and I added anastrozole to help with my e2 issues. I’m eating around 2200 calories right now. Been like that for 2 weeks so far.

Legs tonight . Besides shoulder pain that I have had for last few weeks , everything seems to be going good. Just pisses me off the my shoulders have started hurting and doing lateral raises hurt like a bitch, so shoulder days is short with the movements I am able to do.

Week 4 is in the books. Went to get a massage yesterday to help with my shoulder. Hopefully it’s gets better and not worse. Plan to do arms today.

Weight 172.5 this morning. Same food all week long as the other 4 weeks. Cheat meal is tonight after legs. I’m thinking of keeping my diet the same for the next month before I make any changes. They I plan to add in cardio around April.

I have been getting complaints at work about me looking bigger. Last night a co-worker asked I I was on steroids lol. He see’s me every few weeks, so it just show more then the guys who see me daily .

Did legs last night and been feeling pretty full . Arms are tonight. I a changing up my diet by taking out a protein bar and adding in another chicken wrap . Hopefully I’m a few weeks I will see a change.

Starting week 5. I added another meal starting today , so we’ll have to see if my weight starts going up. It’s been stale for the last 7 weeks or so. I feel I got a little leaner, but once I jumped on creatine it jumped up to 174 and has stayed there.
