Anyone have any suggestions on how long I should stay at this dose? Right now I am at 2200 calories a day . Right around 200g of carbs and protein. Not sure if I should up my calories since I think I am around 15-17% fat. On an empty stomach you can sort of see my abs show, but I don’t think I should be getting much fatter . I’m just looking to gain size the most effective way I can. On the dose , I never planned to stay at 264mg a week. It was just a starting point and figured I would try to capitalize on a small dose and go up from there .
Maybe on week 8 I will up the dose and see how that goes. I have been gaining strength pretty consistently. I went up another 2 plates last night on leg press, so the strength is coming .
