One last blast !!

Anyone have any suggestions on how long I should stay at this dose? Right now I am at 2200 calories a day . Right around 200g of carbs and protein. Not sure if I should up my calories since I think I am around 15-17% fat. On an empty stomach you can sort of see my abs show, but I don’t think I should be getting much fatter . I’m just looking to gain size the most effective way I can. On the dose , I never planned to stay at 264mg a week. It was just a starting point and figured I would try to capitalize on a small dose and go up from there .
Maybe on week 8 I will up the dose and see how that goes. I have been gaining strength pretty consistently. I went up another 2 plates last night on leg press, so the strength is coming .

Weight 176 today. I added 800 calories yesterday. Protein was 60 grams more . I’ve decided to add oatmeal with my eggs to see what that does to my weight . Arms are tonight .

Did legs today. Week 5 is over. I plan to keep my ai the same for the next 3 weeks and then draw blood. Hopefully it will be a good basis for an ai regiment for this dose.

If you can only see an outline of your abs fasted, you're probably higher than 15-17% That's nearing or at the end of where a bulk should generally be. If you keep adding calories and such you'll end up in the low to 20's or higher. If you do keep gaining be very conservative. Just some friendly advice my man.

Yeah. I think 15-17% was being conservative. I’ll take a picture this week in the morning and ya’ll can judge. It’s like you want it get big as you can, but how many calories is too much? My weight really hasn’t moved in 6 weeks , but I have gotten stronger .

I have decided to start cardio since I don’t feel like cutting calories right now. Probably start at 3 days a week 20-30 mins.

Weight 177. Back today. Week 7 has ended today. I was hoping for a bit more of a change in 7 weeks, since my diet has been on point and consistent. My shoulder has been let down in this time though. I was thinking of bumping it up to 500mg a week for 8 weeks and see how that goes.

Weight 177. Blood draw is at 10am. Been waiting for this so I can up the test. Arms last night. Taking the weekend off since I have a race going on . Monday I’ll be doing 500mg a week . Not sure if I want to keep doing daily injections or just go to 2 shots a week?

My estradiol was 22 . I was taking a half of the dropper mon , wed,Friday. I just doubled my dose so I’m thinking take a half a dropper every other day?

Holding 184. My bpc and tb came in last night. I have enough for 30 days at 250mcg’s a day. If I see progress , I’ll order some more. I really hope it heals my shoulder.

So I am almost at a milestone for me. I just weighed 191 lbs with clothes . The most I have ever weighed was 193 back in 2013. I believe I can hit 200 before the end of the year, hopefully I will be able to see my abs at that weight !
