This is week one of 750mg a week. Still using bpc at .13 iu’s a day and it’s slowly getting better. Been 4 months of this shoulder and it sucks.

So the jury is out and I guess I’m going to start cutting . So probably going to 300-400 test a week. Already dropped my calories by 250.

LOL... I just posted about my weight! I had surgery the other day and my food intake took a hit. I dropped almost 6 lbs without trying and I'm trying to mitigate that now. The carbs seem to hold water as per my coach @Meetketchup and I can clearly see his point. I feel that dropping your morning oatmeal mb the ticket! Good luck and keep us posted.
 
Weight 181. Had a cheat burger last night, so that’s why it probably didn’t drop. I dropped my oatmeal in the morning and dropped my cup of rice for dinner . I take in around 100grams of carbs now. I just ordered H&B test/tren/mast cut300. I’m excited to see how it does and to see how lean I can get by Aug.

One week down of 500 mg weekly. I upped my calories a little to see if I can get my weight to move up . Everything else has been going good.

You put on 24 lbs in a couple months with self reporting little gain in bf. I'd say this is going pretty well so far.
 
So I am almost at a milestone for me. I just weighed 191 lbs with clothes . The most I have ever weighed was 193 back in 2013. I believe I can hit 200 before the end of the year, hopefully I will be able to see my abs at that weight !

I don't know what you do at this point but in the past at a similar point I dropped AAS for 3 weeks adn started a cut as the drugs ran down. Then switched to Test/Mast/Win and continue cutting. That worked really well for me back in the day. Of course it's 90% about the diet and training, which you seem to understand.

I have a test/ tren/ mast cut in the mail now. I plan to cut for the next 12 weeks and see how I do. I’m having to drop two carb meals for my weight to come down very slowly. I think cardio is about to become a regular once the cut cycle is introduced. Right now I’m still at 181 and haven’t dropped in the 170’s yet. I think I need to watch what I eat on the weekend and have 1 or 2 less cheat meals and see how it goes. It’s about to get serious in the next 12 weeks.

Day 1 of Cut 300.

1st ml down tonight. Plan to do 3ml/wk to start. Not sure yet on how much test to run yet, but thinking 250mg extra a week.
