I started feeling a few of the Tren side effects with the night sweats last night which lead to me getting a massive hamstring cramp after leg day haha. I’ve been shedding off a lot of excess water weight, so I’ve taken a hit on the scale.

Tuesday was my pull session A for the week. I had a great pump, made some progress, and have been sleeping and eating a ton of food. Wednesday was a solid leg day. I had some soreness from a heavy cramp I got in the middle of the night so I didn’t go too crazy on the hamstrings.

Sorry I’ve been falling behind a little bit on the logging. I’ve been in a little bit of a mental rut the last few days but I’m trying to get back into the swing of posting. I have still been hitting every session, training hard and eating all my food. Gains are being made regardless of what else is going on in life. I have got really bad trigger finger in my left middle finger so I am trying to heal that up. I also think I got my estrogen too low so I stopped with the asin.

I’ve been feeling a little bit tired after some of my meals, so I’m definitely glad this bulk is coming to an end in a few weeks. I decided to increase anadrol to 50mg and growth to 6iu.

yesterday was a rest day as I had a few friends graduating college so I was celebrating with them. Friday I did full upper with a heavy focus on back and shoulders. June 1 officially marks the first day of the cut wide I will be going back to 8-10% bodyfat to prepare for another massive push. I will be running just test, maybe some primo and a few peptides to help with the fat burning. I’m excited to see the new gains with less body fat.
