Today was a non-training day for me but that doesn’t mean we skip the gym. I just went and tackled my cardio, gave myself a good 20 minute sauna sesh, and worked on my shoulder mobility. Things are going great as far as the growth phase is going.

Weighing in at 205lbs this morning but I’m certain the jump was water weight. Really focusing on building up my back. I tried injectable anadrol mixed with TNE today. I felt a little more energy, but I think I should have done more. Things are still trucking along fine.

Push day training today. For some reason I was extremely bloated going into the gym today. My stomach was hurting so bad that laying back to bench press was uncomfortable lol. The workout was pretty solid today. Increased all my weights and had a solid pump despite the stomach issues.

Today was a brutal leg day. I popped 50mg of anavar pre workout and guess what, I PR’d on most of my lifts. Wild how that works haha. I felt really good in the gym today, legs felt great and had a phenomenal pump. There’s no way to feel more alive than when you’re gasping for air at the end of a heavy pendulum squat set. 😁

Today was just a little rest day. I didn’t do much just cardio, sauna sesh, and some shoulder mobility. I follow a few exercises by an Instagram user by the name of ptby_agnes for my shoulder routine. Feeling pretty solid, ready for a good nights sleep and back to the training tomorrow. Hello @Satxbber, how are you feeling on Tren? Are you experiencing significant symptoms? Any sleep problems? Combined with HGH, it hits the adrenals hard, which can raise prolactin — just a heads up.

Good info! I feel really good on Tren. Very strong and with alot of drive. I think I am pretty sensitive to Tren but I sleep like normal.
 
I took the weekend off the fun and watched my goat (victor wembanyama) play on Saturday. I have decided to try going with daily injections for all of my oils too. Strength is going up like crazy and I think some serious muscle is getting put on.

It’s great that you’re reacting like that. I also think it’s smart on your part to spread out the doses — it reduces the symptoms, so great job!
