My working vacation along with all my family
moving kept me crazy busy. I did not miss my workouts; but had to eat more calories due to the extra energy/fuel I was burning.
I skipped Cardio to stay in weight range 214-218 (especially since i haven’t started blast. It seemed like forever but , it was well worth my time for my family. Plus, I ended up getting “a great thank you” gift . I have written some great posts for you coming. If anyone needs me for a question; advice, or whatever; just PM me or other .
Starting very soon (wanted to a month ago but I couldn’t due to other factors ).

I think I’m gonna use some test E sn some Primo and leave the NPP off to try and by my muscle to Freon a little faster ,what your opinion man should I just use Test E alone or add either NPP or Primo to help?

Imo -
Primo in a decent dose does the least harm(still has sides) but a lot of gentleman choose to add primo to their TRT level testosterone - (100-200mg) . Fast is definitely not a word that should be used while getting back or having surgeries/poor health markers. TRT w NPP does give (imo/IME) faster gains with less water but ; I don’t get the same pain relief (In small doses (under 150mg) . If blasting Npp could be the better choice due to its shorter action. Primo is very expensive to use 400-600mg a week vs 200mg nandrolone or even 3x that amount . Health is #1 , so a person would sure they are already 6-8 weeks into lifting w cardio before starting. Being consistent with diet and schedule is the first step (for anyone Re-starting their program ) . I like to begin my first 2 weeks of a program at 50-60%; if off over 6 weeks, even 4 weeks . I re -start slow &’steady but 6-7 days a week (no cheat meals for 4 weeks )

AM CARDIO 45min

I have had 3 new contracting jobs back to back and while working side jobs as well. Had to take the opportunities while they just kept coming. All medical examinations, tests, labs/bio markers have finally been (in range) with no “H or L’s” !! I’ve never had my RBC’s in a good range; even as a young teen.
Im have stayed on all my (Complete Anti Aging Meds/Supps) in the amounts above) due to MD orders. He said , “ now you are clear to increase your testosterone(over normal levels) and increase nandrolone to 120mg every 5 days”

Of course I took all that time, dieting/supplementation/meds to keep my doc pleased and to have him open up to raising levels (to compete). He didn’t acknowledge my competing but he did in a round about way. I am super happy, the food has been fabulous besides some of the eating out and the stuck in these rural areas for 3-21 days and flying back and forth. Too bad I don’t get the travel points with this newer company. I of course use mine when possible but some of these companies are getting to “Nickel and Dime” lately. I try to imagine what the self owned truckers next to me are dealing with !!? Diesel Gas is way . Hope you all had a good weekend !

Guess I’m gonna wait one more week before starting. 5 day workout shoulder still sore so Monday I’m gonn start 5 days I don’t wanna hurt it again I’m gonna be patient this time inwmet through so much pain and I don’t wanna have to die that again with another surgery ya know

Totally!! Avoiding any surgery is paramount, especially since they’ve done about everything they can. Best to strengthen all bones/muscles/joints/tendons/ligaments by lifting, eating well and using good anti inflammatory/joint supplements. They do have some non-steroid , blends that (help with cushioning/lubrication) but they are temporary of course . Things will go well now , I can feel your (drive)
