I am getting all my muscle groups prepped for my upcoming bulk. Just hitting every group over a 5-6 days a week. My bulk will “of course”‘ be experimental as I am trying a new program(it didn’t work out with the popular online trainers program). I was not in agreement with the “Supp” program he wanted me to do. Therefore, I & my papa will be doing a program that we collaborated on. It’s just 8 weeks but should spur new growth along with the nutritional program. I hope so; then I can publish a completely new “MaxSys2.0 Training” program to add to the Arsenal. The test/19nor/dht will be present!along with growth hormone(boosters), GDA’s(insulin). It’s the first time I’ve been excited since last time(lol)! Definitely had some good food (had a few celebratory meals). A few of you know about this experiment as I tried to find a few members to try it free ….but nobody was willing to do it based on the diet and workload(which is understandable once you read it)

Yeah, prepping for a contest while working, having a girl or family and logging is not ideal .

Luckily I’m single (for the moment) so, there is one factor that helps this go-round ! Get IT Sammie!

Has a really good day yesterday and had a good pump & forcus doing compound sets. Idk about you but when I haven’t trained a certain style, I always get sore way more. The Good sore. Had a lot more paper plate meals & prep style meals to get me back in the mindset of eating lean, greens, and starches. I can’t believe it’s Thursday already. Being single; my eyes have opened to all the girls here! Sooo many (like 6:1 ratio females to male). The athletic Physique & Bb girls are a lot more (aggressive) which I like for just having fun, so I am going to “have more fun” once my guests leave, lol

I can still taste it ! I’ve actually never had a Pork Chop Tomahawk until that day. My favorite ones have been - A Veal Porterhouse, NZ Lamb(like lollipops), and of course a rare Elk Steak kills em all! I can eat Fish or Shrimp Tacos everyday . Love Crab! It’s my favorite on a Cold Seafood Platter(I always order it if on the menu!)

Man i accidentally fell backwards at work Monday night and tried to catch myself with my healing arm and I thought I tore my rotator cuff again so I’ve taken it easy this week and it’s hurt less and less everyday so maybe o just stretched it a little I swear my clumsy self lol

I do wish I had more friends with the drive I have and the passion for lifting . Sadly, none do and they very few I’ve met stick around. Idk why but it is really hard to find male friends who are passionate about this life or anything but partying really. I have more friends online than guys I’ve grown up with and that’s cool. That is why I like going to shows (working, watching my friends/ or competing) everyone has a goal and I’ve met some good people of all ages .
Hope that you get through all this and can enjoy your fam and the time with them.

Everything is going well, had to replace my battery on my phone. My sis’s family found a place to move temporarily so, they will be moving out. I am kicking butt and feeling really good.
