What cracks me up here is everyone is suggesting letro when he clearly said; he has no lumps/mass,no pain,or ball/knot of any sorts, but because we are in a BBing forum among AAS users, people are fast to toss Estro supports and/or inhibitors into the equation as a solution, deeming it the only alternative to correct his situation..Yet, none here posses any understanding on his diet, or sensitive to certain composites of even minerals that he may be consuming (and quite possibly sensitive to) in his food/diet for that matter
....
Hands down,I bet this is diet related due to a genetic predisposition (regardless of his low body fat)
I'm going to think outside the box here, because he simply has just "puffy nipples" that is all, and I can 100000% guarantee it could be corrected by merely adjusting his diet...
I'm gonna say he has a sensitivity to "Gluten" and/or "sodium"...Remove gluten entirely and you will see his puffy nipples go BYE-BYE..far as the sodium, just limit his intake and yield the same effect!
On that note, I wonder how he made out?![]()
This is really the reason to use Letro (in terms of reversal properties). The studies that indicate any type of regression involve tumors. I have never seen anything that talks about getting rid of swollen nips or moobs other than reading posts from people claiming it worked for their friend. One in depth study of regression showed a very significant reduction in tumors that were estrogen receptor related in women with cancer. The study showed 75% of the subjects demonstrated objective results; meaning they made significant progress in the study. The length of time that showed the most benefit to run Letro was 1 year. The women who ran it 1 year showed "disappearance" of lesions at a rate of 38%.
I think the drug is very useful in certain instances. I find it beneficial for lumps and such as Vision pointed out. I don't find it practical in the sense that most of us think it to be with respect to gyno. I don't want to take away from anyone's positive experience with it, but placebos can give someone a positive experience too. If my nipples showed signs of the start of gyno and I took this shit as a way to "nuke" it and all the sudden it got better, what else did I do besides control the estrogen? I could have done that with other drugs too. Reversing is totally different than diminishing E2 sides.
I would also like to see before and after pictures for the benefits of Letro. Again, if I took it, I might think it is helping, but a disinterested third party might not see a difference and in that alone, Letro is not useful to "reverse" gyno because I want to feel better about the way I look. The idea is visual appearance. If it does not produce visual differences, it is not helping the way someone wants it too.
As far as diet, I can't comment. I'll take Vision's word on that. I just know that Letro is not the cure-all.
