Why do you get shrinkage when exercising? I can’t afford to be losing anymore wiener because my girlfriend already tells me yours is perfect, the big ones hurt! what actually causes this?

You only have so much blood in you. When you are pumping it into your muscles it has to come from somewhere. Same reason why I almost pass out when I get a woody.

ive found that body dysmorphia is separate from penile dysmorphia.
