Hard gainers know nothing about this strict dieting life lol.

Granted it must suck having to eat so much to gain but the freedom of choices sounds liberating.

I have no problem eating a stricter diet … I love to eat chicken everyday occasionally I’ll through in steak to spice it up

I had a white woman prepare it for five years or I did (white American man). I won’t go back to bland chicken, there is no amount of Ronnie Coleman videos of him eating it with bbq sauce or any other videos that will convince me otherwise. I covered mine In buffalo sauce, dry rub, or bbq sauce. Five to seven year’s everyday was enough t for me. I appreciate experiencing a different culture and learning to love what I hated again. Great for gains!
 
I also live in the northeast of Brazil. Imitation crab isn’t a thing. The women out here love and eat fresh shrimp (big shrimp that is freshly caught, not Walmart shrimp)

I’m very lucky that my diet here is diverse as far as protein. It’s shrimp chicken and cow. I forgot how to say the word.
 
Steak* that’s the word I meant. The downside is is I sometimes have to tell them that I won’t eat something because they like to cook all the fat all the meat they don’t waste anything.
 
The nice thing is is my girlfriend owns a bar and every night we’re there so during the day I eat chicken breakfast eggs and chicken and at night I order steak kebabs, lots of them lol
 
Well I've been incorporating a steak now just to have something a little different but I get a really thin steak with the least amount of fat and what fat is on it I cut off just so I'm not so burnt

I had a coach who incorporated 4 ounces of steak for breakfast with my egg whites/eggs. Greatest day of my life until I had another coach incorporate apple pie filling 1/2 can 2x a day. I loved it until I hated it, but dropped weight and gained 10 pounds of muscle in a short period of time. Was using peptides, gh, insulin, and aas. If someone doesn’t know what they’re doing they will gain tons of fat so only consider if using an experienced coach
 
Its how its prepared my guy. For example, I couldn't stand another bite of chicken. Now that my Brazilian girlfriend cooks it, its like a whole new animal I'm always ready to devour. Find someone who isn't white to dry rub it ;)

Yeah, I thought it was crazy when I was told to eat that every day but I trusted my coach 100%. He knew what he was doing and I put on a lot of lean mass in a short period time. Many years ago, I don’t remember the regiment, I do remember I told him let’s go balls to the wall. I threw all caution out the window. I said I wanted to put on a lot of muscle in a short period of time. Definitely wasn’t the safest route to go and would not recommend.

Solid strategy. I did the same thing with dishes and laundry. Always did it the way she hates. She banned me from it. Mission accomplished. 😂😂😂
 
I learned a long time ago from a very smart member on IronMag who went by the handle “Built” (a few may remember her) that you can essentially eat whatever want if you fit it into your macros. You may have to make adjustments on portions or other meals but if you can do the math it will work.
We fall into the chicken and rice rut because it’s just easy to “math”.
