Fuck chicken

Don't forget fish. Usually mix in one serving per day into rotation with chicken, beef, eggs, turkey, whey, etc.

Rock some salmon, white fish, shrimp...

I need variety and do think at some level it does make a tiny difference over long periods of time instead of hammering all beef or all chicken every meal. That's just personal opinion of what I've seen over the years with my clients and myself.

Spice it up with seasonings, sauces, herbs, vegetables, etc. Be creative.
Staying with my parents until the power is back has been a godsend. My mom fillets the chicken so it will cook easier. Then bakes one side for 12 minutes, then the other 12 minutes. Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, meat tenderizer, and paprika on both sides. It's delicious. I might just have to stay here for a while.

Cousin Ketchup will be over for dinner tonight.

I gave up on chicken tits a few years ago.... After 30 years of eating 4-6 8-12oz tits..
Im done.... cant even look at the shit without getting sick.
Ground turkey, Beef , Venison are my go2's

I do mostly egg whites and hard boiled eggs for solid food protein meals.
I used to do mostly 99/1 extra lean ground turkey breasts which is delicious but so expensive!
$10 a pound here...

Exactly. That's why I switch to chicken breast. Shit is $2.50 a lb. Add in a little beef, eggs, salmon, and shrimp for variety.

I need to eat more fish but it's all so good it's hard to decide sometimes. we just ran out of salmon it's been two years since they let us hunt for it in Northern California

Am I the only one here that eats sardines?
nope. i actually like them. but i noticed that i'm getting tired of them pretty quickly. having them 1-2 days and I don't want anymore for a month or more.

After over 15 years of eating frozen chicken breast 3+ time a day i got where i couldn't do it. The flavor of fresh chicken was still doable though not that enjoyable unless i masked it. I usually chopped it up mixed it with veggies and a sauce like curry so it was good then. Beef once a day as well as eggs for breakfast 1 protein drink and 3+ chicken meals was typical for 28 years.

I do love deer meat but yeah where I'm at that's something you actually have to go hunt you can't just go buy it locally anywhere around where I'm at

These guys have:

Elk, kangaroo, Bison, Yak, wagu American and Jap, alligator and a bunch of other meats at VERY reasonable prices usually between 10 and 15 a lb but you can spend more... and they ship!
