Don't forget fish. Usually mix in one serving per day into rotation with chicken, beef, eggs, turkey, whey, etc.

Rock some salmon, white fish, shrimp...

I need variety and do think at some level it does make a tiny difference over long periods of time instead of hammering all beef or all chicken every meal. That's just personal opinion of what I've seen over the years with my clients and myself.

Spice it up with seasonings, sauces, herbs, vegetables, etc. Be creative.
Staying with my parents until the power is back has been a godsend. My mom fillets the chicken so it will cook easier. Then bakes one side for 12 minutes, then the other 12 minutes. Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, meat tenderizer, and paprika on both sides. It's delicious. I might just have to stay here for a while.

Cousin Ketchup will be over for dinner tonight.

I gave up on chicken tits a few years ago.... After 30 years of eating 4-6 8-12oz tits..
Im done.... cant even look at the shit without getting sick.
Ground turkey, Beef , Venison are my go2's

I do mostly egg whites and hard boiled eggs for solid food protein meals.
I used to do mostly 99/1 extra lean ground turkey breasts which is delicious but so expensive!
$10 a pound here...

Exactly. That's why I switch to chicken breast. Shit is $2.50 a lb. Add in a little beef, eggs, salmon, and shrimp for variety.

Get Shredded!
Am I the only one here that eats sardines? They are an acquired taste for sure. Relatively cheap, super convenient and extremely healthy. Checks all the boxes, except taste.
The sardines w Jalapeños 🔥
The sardines in Louisiana hot sauce 🔥
The Honey mustard are ight...

I need to eat more fish but it's all so good it's hard to decide sometimes. we just ran out of salmon it's been two years since they let us hunt for it in Northern California

nope. i actually like them. but i noticed that i'm getting tired of them pretty quickly. having them 1-2 days and I don't want anymore for a month or more.

After over 15 years of eating frozen chicken breast 3+ time a day i got where i couldn't do it. The flavor of fresh chicken was still doable though not that enjoyable unless i masked it. I usually chopped it up mixed it with veggies and a sauce like curry so it was good then. Beef once a day as well as eggs for breakfast 1 protein drink and 3+ chicken meals was typical for 28 years.

I do love deer meat but yeah where I'm at that's something you actually have to go hunt you can't just go buy it locally anywhere around where I'm at

These guys have:

Elk, kangaroo, Bison, Yak, wagu American and Jap, alligator and a bunch of other meats at VERY reasonable prices usually between 10 and 15 a lb but you can spend more... and they ship!

Hell yeah thank you

So yes I know chicken ground chicken ground turkey lean beef

But what other lean meats do you eat to avoid hitting the chicken wall

Its how its prepared my guy. For example, I couldn't stand another bite of chicken. Now that my Brazilian girlfriend cooks it, its like a whole new animal I'm always ready to devour. Find someone who isn't white to dry rub it ;)

I'll have my girl send me how she prepares chicken, translate it for y'all and post it here.

Have you tried chicken? That’s usually a good source of lean protein.

Every protein source gets old. You just gotta suck it up, season it, add low cal sauce, change the way you cook it etc. turkey, chicken, white fish etc. all lean

I had my ex cook my chicken. She’s also white from the United States. I couldn’t stand it. Now I can’t get enough of the chicken that my girl cooks in Brazil. Find yourself a Mexican or South American Mexican lol

I love cod scraps pressed into stick like hot dogs made of cod. Also known as imitation crab meat. That shit is delicious. Just makes me wonder if they use everything in there like fins, tails and lips.

Imitation crab doesn’t exist here. Guess I’ll have to settle for the real thing. On a side note, I’m in the northern eastern part of Brazil. All the women here eat shrimp. What’s the protein intake for large shrimp grilled?
