Estrogen at 157 pg/ml with no sides

Recently had bloods done and my estrogen came back at 157 pg/ml with ultra sensitive. Nips aren't sensitive, no gyno, not crying when I watch the SPCA commercial, not emotional, no sides at all.

My current cycle, pinning 3 times per week:
300 Test/C weekly
300 Mast/P weekly
200 Tren/E weekly
50 mg Anavar PW
A variety of supplements daily

Adding Anastrozole 1mg twice per week (To aggressive?)
Don't want to pin daily as my schedule is already super tight and also don't want to add EQ due to a genetic disposition for high RBC and Hematocrit. Even before hoping on gear I would need to donate regularly.

I'm 58 years old at 12% bf training 5 days per week. Diet is 90% locked in but love chocolate lol.
Getting bloods again in 30 days to see if Estrogen comes down or maybe that number was just an error.
Any thoughts or suggestions from people that aren't bro science experts would be appreciated.
 
Your e2 is that high off of 300mg test… damn bro.

Even with no sides I’d get that down to 80-90. Even with no sides you may not be building as much muscle as possible.

1mg 2x a week is a good start. If you start feeling bad try .5 3x a week

I feel the best around 80, everyone is different but I’d get that down to single digits my man

He's 58 years old. That's a lot of test for a man his age. That's a good amount of test for anyone, period.

OP, what was your total test, and your free test?

80 is good, 60+ is where I feel great too.👍
 
Of course I would get it down a bit, but if you're feeling good with zero sides and it's not impacting any other blood markers or gains then don't go crazy. Just get it down a bit. These "must be within this range or this number" is just a general guideline. Plenty of guys run better on slightly higher estrogen. Body is not a textbook.
 
Side effects are noticed after damage has already been done. Some long term data from smaller studies point to high E2 even high "normal E2 being bad for longevity.
I keep my E2 more in range. I tend to play a long game.

Would love to see some of these studies. Being serious, not a wise ass. Having "high normal" estrogen is VERY common. If there is a correlation it might be an instance of hundreds of other factors not the estrogen. Correlation doesn't always imply correlation. You could say extremely low estrogen is just as bad if not worse. I've seen enough blood panels ufortuneately. :) Not trying to be arguementative or saying you're wrong. Just stating it's not as easy as that.

Having high estrogen, is not necessarily inherently more unhealthy than any other higher than normal hormone level, but rather having high hormone levels across the panel, that's where health risks will be.
No one's playing with hormones unscathed.

Testosterone, dht, or estrogen.

Pick your poison. 🤷‍♂️

My estrogen gets high like that also and I don’t get sides either. Im lean around 9%bf and this helps w sides. I got nervous and dosed the adex and then I was kinda miserable for a month. Low estrogen sucks for me though some guys like it.

I take a similar amount of test and mast, a little more actually and I’m done caring about my estrogen. My test and free test is really high, so I’m like fuck it, it’s a ratio.
