Alright so this is a first and I'm definitely not knocking K4L I know stuff happens. All my other orders have always been great. Just received this order with 4 H10 kits and NAD+. The issue is I paid for 9 kits. I'm missing 5 of them, and the NAD+ vial is not sealed and the rubber is inside the vial and had some powder that came out. I have messaged support and I'm sure all will be handled considering I have never had issues with them. I will keep everyone updated on this.
