This^^^^^but a bombs and dbol together and your blowing up daily
I stack the 2 each time I use them.. I start at around 60+mgs with dbol and add 50mgs drol, than around week 4-4 I lower dbol and increase drol..Which one produces more strength and size gains per nominal dose?
For comparison I figure 100mg/ed anadrol is equal to about 50mg/ed dianabol. And.... 50mg/ed drol to 25mg/ed dbol.
My vote is anadrol. Drol is a little slower acting but works longer, dbol hits faster but peters out.
Not many responses yet but anadrol seems to be the winner here. I can only handle about 50mg a day of drol and around 30 dbol, for short 2wk blasts and as pwo I prefer dbol, injectable dbol is really nice, longer runs dbol puts on more size and strength but more sides.
Dbol is stronger mg per mg, but it puts more water outside the muscle, while drol mixes it inside and outside and has a better blow up from within effect.
Dbol is great when coming from a true lean state.

As far as oral dbol pre workout goes. What's an ideal dosage and how long before workout begins is best?
40-60mg about 30 min to 1 hour pre workout.

you should get a big strength increase, give it a weekHmm. I took 75mg as a pre workout hour and 15 mins before and I didn't even notice a difference. Is t supposed to bring energy orrr pump or what? I don't have much experience with orals just tbh

Yes strong orals like dbol, drol and superdrol are very effective pre workout.
I personally only use them on training days when I do run them normally. I still get great increases in strength, size and fullness without daily doses and, I don't see the sides nearly as bad such as BP, liver enzymes being elevated on blood work and lethargy.
Strong orals don't typically lead to permanent gains in lean tissue (unless it's a first or second use of them) so, putting extra stress on the body to have a few more lbs of water doesn't make sense when you can get almost identical results in strength and fullness with less bloat and sides.
Also, you better be telling your coach about that dbol lol. That's a piece of the puzzle he doesn't know about so you're just short changing yourself in the long run since he's making adjustments on bad info. I always tell my clients I need to know everything, and that is why.
Log it up!Ok thanks I appreciate it. It will be my second actual run with an oral that's what the dbol is from is from my first. And I only took the dbol once yesterday as pre workout I was just tryna get by until my order and pre workout came in. I won't take any more of it then. Pretty easy for me to run a log with him writing out all my workout and diet so thinking about it but it isn't from any sponsor on here idk if people would care to much about it?
