If you have ever been big it's not the most ideal spot to live life as you get older. It makes a lot of simple tasks much more difficult

My sleep apnea has gotten to the point when I stop breathing and wake up, I still can’t breathe for about 10 seconds. I honestly don't know why me asking him to post a physique pic would be such a big deal considering how long he has been here, how active he is on this board, and his overall board status. Unless.... He is a fraud or something. I can only speak for myself and what I've seen. I thought I was pretty clear with what I said, I'll elaborate further I guess. I've noticed if people you don't coach on this board make good progress, you constantly post about them having good genetics, implying that is why they are making progress. Not hard work, good training, diet, etc. Good genetics. OR you go into their thread, criticize one part of their plan, but have zero desire to discuss your reasonings for criticizing. If guys on here are progressing but you know they have a coach, you are absent in those threads. When your clients make good progress, you post about how well they did following your plan. It's crazy egotistical. You post in every single new thread that pops up with your 2 cents. You just run around this board coach baiting from every angle. You post zero pictures of yourself. Don't run a log yourself. Don't share anything that has to do with you, but expect everyone to take your word as gospel.

Some of his clients look like they are having life changing transformations. Haven’t seen any mass monsters but I haven’t really looked. But some older guys like myself went from fat to ripped. I've watched Mustard hold some sort of guru status on this forum since I joined. I used to respect the status because it seemed like he had earned it. But if you pay close attention, there are holes... My post to him earlier in this thread kind of outlines how he treats people on this board:
Ironically, after I said that to him yesterday, he spends his morning here going into guys threads who have another coach, and patting them on the back about their progress. What a coincidence.
If you question any of his advice, or try to get him to explain his reasonings for things, he ghosts the thread from that point on. It's almost like he actually has zero idea what he's talking about.
I've watched him come into my log, and many others logs, criticize or question why they are doing something, and then ghost the thread... Again either because he is clueless, or he is coach baiting.. Making it seem like he knows something they don't know which entices them to reach out to him for help.
The oddest part of the guy, is that he has all these clients from ASF, and I'm assuming none of them even know what he looks like. For all we know, he could be a cheetos finger licking fat ass that sits behind a computer screen and uses Grok to coach his clients. From what I've personally seen since I've been here, he doesn't have a log, he has never posted a single photo of himself, claims he is a competitive bodybuilder, claims he has been coaching forever, yada yada yada. But there is never any proof of any of it.
So again, how big and experienced is he? From what he said in my log, he is bigger than me. He has a good 10lbs of tissue on me. But does he? All of us take this shit pretty seriously and dedicate a lot of time, attention, and effort into this sport. Does this guru do the same or is he a fraud?
Has anyone else noticed that he's ghosted this thread after I asked for a picture of him? Anyone who is actually who they say they are would have zero issue posting a stage shot with their face blacked out, and background erased, blurred, blacked out, or whatever.

like u wantedI don't remember if I said this my post above, but I don't think he is a bad coach. He seems to be able to get the average guy lean enough to have abs. That is what 99% of guys want. As you pointed out, I've never seen him take someone from a lean state, and pack muscle on them. I could be 100% wrong about that, but I've never seen it since i've been here. He tells everyone to run low doses and tells them they can make substantial gains on doses like that, but.... where is the proof of that? I've never seen him get anyone stage lean. So I can’t speak for anyone else and really don’t wanna get involved in the dick swinging haha but I can speak from experience that ketchup has knowledge in what he does. Now have I seen transformations from anyone besides this board no. He might not be everyone’s cup of tea but he got me to almost if not the meanest I’ve ever been without pushing drugs trt and gh. He cares tremendously in ny opinion as well. As far as anything else I can’t speak but he’s done a great job with me and this is coming from someone who’s worked with other coaches before. Honestly no I haven’t seen his physique. I can’t speak attest to the knowledge and detail he goes into with me as his client and in general. We had a long talk where I asked expectations approaches etc. as with anything no one is a perfect fit for everyone. But he left no stone unturned for me. I can only give my 2 cents but with that being said I can confidently say I’ve had a productive, healthy, informative, coaching experience with someone who I truly believes cares about his clients and the board. No hard feelings for me either way haha I don’t have a dog In the issue you two have but I can’t in good conscious pass by the thread and not give him the credit I think he’s due for me. Also just my 2 cents but just cause someone doesn’t have an amazing g bodybuilding careeer and I’m not saying he doesn’t cause I don’t know but with that being said doesn’t mean you can’t be an amazing and knowledgeable coach. I agree that someone needs to at least be experienced in what their clients gk through etc. but I don’t think that equals to having to have the best physique etc. also I think we all have to remember we are on an AAS forums haha where jobs info etc might be sensitive and when we post or say something here it’s more or less open season for anyone to chime in. Have you seen him on stage? Seen his physique? Seen his social media? Seen anything backing up the things he says? Again, I'm not bashing, or at least, I'm not trying to bash. I'm genuinely curious. And I'm not asking you to share anything about him. That is for him to do if he has nothing to hide. I'm just wondering as his client, have you seen anything more than his avatar pic about him before you signed up with him?
I've never reached out to him for coaching but if I did, I'd ask a few questions and want to know how experienced he is. I'd ask him to see some client transformations or proof that he could take me to where I wanted to go.
I signed up with Justin Harris because I've followed him since I got into this sport. He shares great info on youtube and social media like a lot of good coaches do. I've seen his face, seen his physique, seen him on stage, seen his clients, etc. He clearly knows what he is doing and does it over and over again with different guys. Ketchup.... Zero idea if he even lifts weights, let alone competes.![]()
I'm in the middle of my growth phase. These bloods where pulled after 8 weeks of being on cycle. I'll continue on until something shows me I need to pull back and cut down.
