I would say it's coping for younger guys to say that when they have never been big.

If you have ever been big it's not the most ideal spot to live life as you get older. It makes a lot of simple tasks much more difficult

Whats the hate for Meetketchup? I feel like it is a good ying and yang sort of thing if you have guys saying "yolo do as much gear as you can tolerate" and other guys saying "do less gear think about your health".

I like to hear both perspectives.

No you don’t. I was just talking about this today. I cannot currently put my socks on. I leave my shoes tied loosely and slip into them.

I’m so fucking uncomfortable.

If you read the thread other than the Mustard comments you would see that everyone taking high dosages is on top of their health markers.

Why tell people to take the minimum effective dosage if you can take triple or quadruple that and not see any negative impact on your blood markers?

My sleep apnea has gotten to the point when I stop breathing and wake up, I still can’t breathe for about 10 seconds. I’m genuinely concerned if I fall asleep without my cpap that I may die in my sleep or have a stroke.

Don’t get me wrong, I fucking love this shit. But pushing this much food and putting on 53lbs in about 15 weeks has been utterly brutal.

I don't hate Mustard. I honestly don't know why me asking him to post a physique pic would be such a big deal considering how long he has been here, how active he is on this board, and his overall board status. Unless.... He is a fraud or something. I can only speak for myself and what I've seen. And honestly my issue seems to be way different than guys like @thebiggestdumbass based on his posts in this thread.

I've watched Mustard hold some sort of guru status on this forum since I joined. I used to respect the status because it seemed like he had earned it. But if you pay close attention, there are holes... My post to him earlier in this thread kind of outlines how he treats people on this board:

I thought I was pretty clear with what I said, I'll elaborate further I guess. I've noticed if people you don't coach on this board make good progress, you constantly post about them having good genetics, implying that is why they are making progress. Not hard work, good training, diet, etc. Good genetics :ROFLMAO:. OR you go into their thread, criticize one part of their plan, but have zero desire to discuss your reasonings for criticizing. If guys on here are progressing but you know they have a coach, you are absent in those threads. When your clients make good progress, you post about how well they did following your plan. It's crazy egotistical. You post in every single new thread that pops up with your 2 cents. You just run around this board coach baiting from every angle. You post zero pictures of yourself. Don't run a log yourself. Don't share anything that has to do with you, but expect everyone to take your word as gospel.

Ironically, after I said that to him yesterday, he spends his morning here going into guys threads who have another coach, and patting them on the back about their progress. What a coincidence. :ROFLMAO:

If you question any of his advice, or try to get him to explain his reasonings for things, he ghosts the thread from that point on. It's almost like he actually has zero idea what he's talking about.

I've watched him come into my log, and many others logs, criticize or question why they are doing something, and then ghost the thread... Again either because he is clueless, or he is coach baiting.. Making it seem like he knows something they don't know which entices them to reach out to him for help.

The oddest part of the guy, is that he has all these clients from ASF, and I'm assuming none of them even know what he looks like. For all we know, he could be a cheetos finger licking fat ass that sits behind a computer screen and uses Grok to coach his clients. From what I've personally seen since I've been here, he doesn't have a log, he has never posted a single photo of himself, claims he is a competitive bodybuilder, claims he has been coaching forever, yada yada yada. But there is never any proof of any of it.

So again, how big and experienced is he? From what he said in my log, he is bigger than me. He has a good 10lbs of tissue on me. But does he? All of us take this shit pretty seriously and dedicate a lot of time, attention, and effort into this sport. Does this guru do the same or is he a fraud?

Has anyone else noticed that he's ghosted this thread after I asked for a picture of him? Anyone who is actually who they say they are would have zero issue posting a stage shot with their face blacked out, and background erased, blurred, blacked out, or whatever.

For Mustards clients, I hope I'm way off here and he is a fucking beast of a bodybuilder, but all signs are pointing in the opposite direction.
 
I never had any ambitions to do any high amounts of gear (highest I gone is 600 Test/500 Primo, 10mg Dbol pre workout when I feel wild/crazy) until I read this fvcking thread! I guess I been wasting time 🤬

Now I'm planning my next cycle that will start with at least 1g of Test and then whatever to fill up to a couple of more G’s… I thought I had Primo for 2 more cycles but it might just be enough to a half a cycle… thanks guys… 😬
