I can see 2 perspectives here.Just speaking from what I’ve seen from your post, you’re dogmatic about pushing the lowest doses, any thread asking about a cycle that’s more than test etc
We all have our own processes with gear
Did I hurt your feelings? Was it me calling you Mustard? What the hell is your problem? Seriously.
Fine your genetics suck. Whatever.

. OR you go into their thread, criticize one part of their plan, but have zero desire to discuss your reasonings for criticizing. If guys on here are progressing but you know they have a coach, you are absent in those threads. When your clients make good progress, you post about how well they did following your plan. It's crazy egotistical. You post in every single new thread that pops up with your 2 cents. You just run around this board coach baiting from every angle. You post zero pictures of yourself. Don't run a log yourself. Don't share anything that has to do with you, but expect everyone to take your word as gospel.
He has a cystatin c on there I believeI’d get cyastatin c for elevated creatinine to determine if kidneys are just inflamed or if you have impaired function. Do you check bp throughout the day or same time with low stress etc?
I’d consider donating blood. Otherwise, bloods look good.
I get this part of it by why be on gear if you don’t want to look like your on gear? Not saying this to argue either but I honestly think anyone who says, “I don’t want to be that big” or “i don’t want to look like I’m on gear” is coping with the fact that they can’t lolis where the avg gym bros don’t need the higher doses because they typically aren’t stepping on stage or they’re not chasing that kind of muscle. The gym bros in my gym typically just are the broccoli heads who ego lift with little to no muscle mass. They don’t stand out
How big and experienced are you? You've stated many times that you compete. Lets see a stage shot. Black your face out and background out.

As for number two, those types of people run bigger cycles and make insane progress because the gear complements their dedication and discipline. Might as well get the most out of the PEDs when everything else is disled
Agreed. I’ve never been big enough to really understand but I agree. If you have ever been big it's not the most ideal spot to live life as you get older. It makes a lot of simple tasks much more difficult
I stand corrected. @Oakley6575, you’re a smart man. And your kidneys are solid. Fucking props brother. He has a cystatin c on there I believe
The whole moreplatesmoredates community is super cringe. They let More Plate More Dates and Greg Doucette tell them you can be huge on 300mg of test. Or they say oh but Bumstead runs 500mg of test, yea no shit he’s already huge and he didn’t use 500mg of test to get to that size
A bunch of natties who are coping hard and shaming people who are enhanced. The whole moreplatesmoredates community is super cringe.
Don't they all blast test or do SARMs?A bunch of natties who are coping hard and shaming people who are enhanced.

I tried to get everything in there to make sure I was in a good spot to continue. Out of curiosity, why the hell would I need to donate blood? Nothing in that panel says that to me.Your hemocrit is high, so you need to donate bloodI tried to get everything in there to make sure I was in a good spot to continue. Thanks Doc! I'll get right on that.Your hemocrit is high, so you need to donate blood
I could be wrong but I don’t think Wes ever was on stage, he was competing in strongman/powerlifting.Interesting PCT here…
Great good results via blood work my brother.
Im sure my HDL tanked… @GYMnTONIC please post pics of you on stage, id love to see!
You asked why you would need to donate blood, I gave you the answer. And now you're being a smart ass. Thanks Doc! I'll get right on that.
Your hemocrit is high, so you need to donate blood
He asked why he would need to donate blood, I'm not the one who initially suggested it, but I gave him an answer based on his test results. It's a whopping 50.1, nothing to bat an eye at.
Slightly elevated hgb and hct. Your platelets and rbc are normal, so it isn’t an absolute must.I tried to get everything in there to make sure I was in a good spot to continue. Out of curiosity, why the hell would I need to donate blood? Nothing in that panel says that to me.

I still believe it is beneficial to clean out if bloods indicate thick blood at all, and I usually donate after I drop down to trt.
Worth mentioning too, donating can cause a rebound in these markers too, creating a cycle of having to donate more frequently. This can also then lead to low ferritin which we all know can be miserable. He asked why he would need to donate blood, I'm not the one who initially suggested it, but I gave him an answer based on his test results.
There's a lot of cocksuckers on here tonight
I personally haven’t experienced that, but I have heard it can happen.Worth mentioning too, donating can cause a rebound in these markers too, creating a cycle of having to donate more frequently. This can also then lead to low ferritin which we all know can be miserable.
I think it’s best addressed through diet/supplementary intervention, hydration, and cardio. I’ve found it to be easily manageable through those factors alone, but of course everyone is different.
Always want to check an iron studies panelI tried to get everything in there to make sure I was in a good spot to continue. Out of curiosity, why the hell would I need to donate blood? Nothing in that panel says that to me.
yeah i was stuck in that loop for a year. ended up with crazy rdw from the mix of baby cells and old cellsWorth mentioning too, donating can cause a rebound in these markers too, creating a cycle of having to donate more frequently. 50.1.... Im not going to donate blood at 50.1. That is asinine and illogical. Especially when the rest of the panel looks the way it does. You asked why you would need to donate blood, I gave you the answer. And now you're being a smart ass.
Cool guy
Believe me, I'm not considering donating.Always want to check an iron studies panel
If considering donation. Could easily wipe of ferretin causing another set of issues.
It does more harm than good. It's just parroted advice that needs to be shut down at this point.
