Yep, if you've got it all, genetics, work ethic, training, nutrition, age, no injuries etc. It's crazy how much some guys can just morph into a different human.

The trick is to be overdieted and then rebound hard to make use of the crazy insulin sensitivity and body’s desire to grow.

This is the phase I’m in right now trying to get as lean as possible and then have a crazy rebound. I’ve never done it like this. Hell I’m leaner now than I’ve ever been so I’m hoping for solid results

You've stated you have a good 10lbs+ on me, but I have never seen your physique. Has anyone here?
 
Test, EQ, Deca is a tried and true off season stack.

I've had a lot of guys put on a ton of size in an offseason just running those. It's been one of my go to cycles.
How about just test and deca without the EQ? Perhaps a sprinkle of Arimidex if necessary for a growth phase?

No, I wouldn't push a full off season dosage of gear immediately following the show in your rebound. Say you're off season load is 2 grams I would start off at 1.2-1.4 in your rebound. Adjusting as needed as you go.

This is what Justin Harris told me as well. 60% of your high dose for the rebound phase. Let the food shine.

I disagree. Lower drugs from prep to typical off season dosages with drugs that are fast acting and less toxic.

But…he should ya know hire a coach probably.
 
Also, if you can’t stay dialed and 100% on plan, you probably should immediately drop down to trt, as your physique is going to take a shit and so will your health.

The rebound is an extension of prep.
Did Compton have you start rebounding immediately out of your show? How does he structure prep, rebound, health phase, off season? In that order, or does he like a health phase between show and rebound?

Just like you said. Prep, rebound, health phase, off season generally. Obviously some exceptions.
 
What are your guys' thoughts on going to true TRT during your cruise or health phase for 8 weeks or so. True TRT being 100-200mg/week? I listed to chris tuttle talk about how he really does believe it primes your receptors to get the most out of an off season when you do push drugs back up. In the other camp, you have guys who run 2-3 grams, the when its time to cruise, they come down to 1-1.5g for some time.

From your guys' experience, does coming down to true TRT really benefit you as much as Chris Tuddle thinks it does?

Is it really your “primed” after that true TRT or is it going from 200mg with everything cleaned out to 2g is a massive jump? I know anytime I’ve dropped to TRT for extended periods of time then gone full blast it definitely feels like I’m starting gear for the first time again

That’s super funny Tuttle says he has guys on 100-200mgs/wk. I was planning to work with him before my current coach, and he wanted me on 75mgs of test 3x per week and 3iu hgh. I’m sure he had some guys on lower doses, but it’s just ironic to me that he wanted me on higher immediately than what he apparently says outright.

My trt dosage is 250mg test e with 3iu gh for 6-8 weeks. Sometimes longer if bloods don’t clear. Sometimes I’ll add in 12.5mgs proviron per day the last couple weeks after bloods come back clean. I’m honestly debating even going as low as 200mgs this health phase, as I’ve redlined my body for so long.

I think it’s extremely beneficial, but mainly for your health. You aren’t losing shit by dropping to trt for that period of time. If anything, you’re losing water. You can dial back the food, get off slin, lower gh dose, and refresh your insulin sensitivity.
