How about just test and deca without the EQ? Perhaps a sprinkle of Arimidex if necessary for a growth phase?Test, EQ, Deca is a tried and true off season stack.
I've had a lot of guys put on a ton of size in an offseason just running those. It's been one of my go to cycles.

Let the food shine.No, I wouldn't push a full off season dosage of gear immediately following the show in your rebound. Say you're off season load is 2 grams I would start off at 1.2-1.4 in your rebound. Adjusting as needed as you go.
