The reality is for BIG growth spurts, you need BIG DOSES.

But....when you do reach that size you want. For competitors its when you finally look filled out. The taller you are, the tougher it is. I'm 6'0. Shit has taken forever. But...once you hit that "filled out" look, you cannnn lower doses a bit. Not to anything low low. But if you were using 3g+ to get big, i know guys that can then maintain it on under 2. What it takes to GROW is different than what it takes to maintain.

But again, we are talking about GROWTH in this thread. Wanna get big? Eat big, lift big, and use big amounts lol.

Clear linear process. IF i could do it again, I probably wouldve titrated my doses quicker lol I spent lots of my 20s kinda sticking to 600mg Test, 400mg NPP...shit like that. Not reallly moving up and i was kinda wondering, "why the fuck am i not growing." But i also wasn't dotting all my I's and crossing all my T's with training and eating too. Every year, you kinda buckle down more. Your diet becomes MORE strict, more locked in. Your training because super dialed in. And...when gear goes up with that, progress happens.

Youll hit a new HIGH bodyweight in the offseason, looks kinda soft. And then the next year you hit it again, but its harder. And so on. First time i hit 300lbs+ was like 6 years ago maybe and it was OK looking. Not great lol. But each year it got harder and harder. It's also very dependent on whenn side effects hit you. Some guys get brutal side effects at 1.5g, 2g, and so on. I didnt really get anything bad at all. Bloodwork was very similar to Oakley's. I have heard this quote several times and its 100% true. "Yes there are super responders, but there are also super tolerators. If you aren't one of those, chances are you might never get big." I myself am a super tolerator

I’d like to consider myself on the super tolerater side. At least I am one of those. This cycle I took to gain was my most effective but next year I’m planning to push it a lot more since all my bloods are good

Same. At a certain point, other carbs just dont digest quick enough between meals and im still full 2.5hrs later. It basically has to be rice or rice-based stuff for me to keep going on high days. I do love me some potatoes though.

@Oakley6575, there is one other thing I didn’t really realize. I don’t typically get bloods on high doses. I get them usually about 4 weeks into my trt phase. I know my bloodwork on the drugs I’m running would look damn near identical to yours, if not worse truly.

When I read this post I assumed this was at the end of your off season going into a cruise. Even borderline thick blood for me after dropping doses concerns me, and I want to recover my bloodwork as fast as possible, so I can get back on. This is why I donate. But that’s usually once a year or twice a year max.

With that said, 100% keep pushing lol. This is nothing to be remotely concerned about. Out of curiosity, how much water do you drink a day?

What were the factors pushing you to have primo higher than deca? Usually I have those drugs flipped — deca around 600 and primo around 350. Just curious.

I like your test dose as well lol. 1250 is my sweet spot.

I'd be willing to bet your bloods wouldn't look much different without 75% of those supps. Aside from the few biggies, most are insignificant. Genetics plays a HUGE factor in how these compounds effect the individual.

Love the test and primo combo. Curious as to why the deca?

No issue at all man. That's why I asked. I was genuinely curious to see where you where coming from.

I don't track my water at all so I can't give you an exact amount. Probably a gallon a day. I know that is low.

I'm a high test guy. It just works. And I run primo just enough to control my E2. 40% of my test dose gets my E2 in a spot that makes me feel good. If I increase or decrease my test dose, my primo follows it. Deca is in there because I've never run it. And honestly, over the last year, I've watched Compton turn out freak, after freak, after freak. I know he is a big deca guy. Can't seem to shake that the test/deca combo just works for off season growth. So I wanted to give it a shot this go around. I started very low at 250mg/week just to assess tolerance. I have some gyno from my teens that I don't want to flare up. I'm sure I will get it cut out at some point.

This week I changed my dosages to see how I tolerate more deca. I dropped to 1100 Test, 450 Primo, and upped to 450 Deca so my total load stays at 2g/week but I'll get an idea of what happens to me with water weight, overall look, and how I feel. If it goes well, I won't hesitate to increase deca to whatever I can tolerate.

I’d recommend trying 4-6L a day. It’s hard when food is high, but I feel so much better. It can also help your bloodwork too just in general.

That’s crazy that dose of primo controls your e2 on that amount of test. I’m jealous lol. I use caber for deca/npp. I ran an experiment for the past couple weeks of attempting to not use it, and my nips got puffy as fuck. I do .5 twice a week. Recently, I’m preferring npp to deca. Deca makes me super lazy, and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

Compton loves his deca, eq, and dbol lol. I can’t touch dbol with my gyno or eq. Eq gives me crippling anxiety and shot my creatinine through the roof.

Keep me posted with how you feel running higher deca. It’s definitely a balance, and I can’t stand how I feel mentally and physically after long runs with high deca.

Oddly enough, both times I've tried to run NPP, my nips are on fire after a couple days. Have to pull it before it even peaks. Deca, I don't have that issue. But I'm trying to be aware of any changes or issues I might have while I'm on deca. We will see what happens.

Test, EQ, Deca is a tried and true off season stack.

I've had a lot of guys put on a ton of size in an offseason just running those. It's been one of my go to cycles.

Just had a masters competitor put on 32lbs of stage weight in 20 months running that cycle during his growth phases. Total load was 1.8 grams

Damn is that 2g of test and eq total? Or the 2g is just referring to the eq?
