Hello, I'm 28 yrs old, 5'11'' and 190lbs. I want to try and cycle something to take myself to the next level but there is so much info online i dont know wtf to do. I've never done a cycle before. I hit the gym about 4 times a weak with a decent diet. Al I use is whey protein. I'm looking for a light/moderate cycle nothing too crazy.I've been looking into hgh because it seems safer but alot of people say it's pointless unless you stack it with something. All the info on the different kinds of juice and hgh is confusing. Can someone please help point me in the right direction? I'm going for lean muscle and strength. An all the above type cycle would be good too.

No ifs ands or buts. The best way to start is with a simple Testosterone cycle. It doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

My best advice would be to research, read and research some more. Then jump on cycle.

I recommend you stay away from HGH for a while until you understand things. A straight testosterone cycle like recommended above. Possibly with a dbol kick start.

But research lots before starting.

Basics always win.. Test only has been proven time and time again to be king..

In my humble opinion it's good to run multiple testosterone only for the first and following few cycles while you're starting out..Even for advanced users it's still good as well..
Reason being, you need to learn how to listen to and recognize the changes in your body, there will be learning curves and simply adjusting things in either direction with your macros can make a world of a difference.. The same applies for your training.. Learn the curves and find your sensitivities learn how to capitalize and take advantage of things now while they're simplified..
When you start increasing dosages or adding more compounds they can become more difficult to gauge what the problem is or how it began or what to do with it.. when you keep things simple and basic the process of elimination is more in your favor..

Also, you need to see i you are a good/bad responder in regards to estro sides and the potential or a high affinity with estrogen synthetase (a higher aromatase enzyme presence) thus more estro related sides.. (user sensitivity will vary)

Once you have a keen understanding on how you respond and knowing your sensitivities from there out you could possibly take into great consideration the addition of more compounds or even increasing the dosages..
Dosage increase is not always necessary but at the same time this is not a cookie cutter one-size-fits-all way of life, your goals will be entirely different from the person on the left or the right..

Take your time, learn, and most of all have fun doing what you're doing.. Enjoy it, and don't over complicate things..

You don't need much test.. 400mgs of a long ester such and TestE or TestCyp is ideal..

Stick to basics, you have plenty of time for the other fun shit.. and READ about the importance of a successful PCT

Good luck..

My first cycle was Test with Dbol kickstart. Im actually not too big of a fan of it. Gains are hard to keep. Makes you a monster though. Id just do like others have said and do some Test

Bro 100% all test

Start simple
Man
- no need to complicate the ham sandwich here
500/600 test a week
2 shots
Monday and Thursday 1cc each
Have Arimidex nolva and Clomid all on hand in case needed
I never run out of Arimidex and Nolvadex
I always have a stash

Eat clean (shit even if you eat 50% clean)
Train 5x a week hardcore

Easy and done
Do this for 14 weeks

You may even wanna get saucy and throw an oral in the back half here for added results

I would need to know what your goal is more but 50mg Dbol everyday week 8-14 (6weeks)
Would bring about much more noticeable results

Not always. I'm one of those who have suffered PERMANENT side effects. They're just a different type than the usual ones associated with AAS use. As far as anabolic androgenic steroids use, you'll get numerous opinions, but everyone's body react differently. There are some general guide lines though that are basics which apply to most everyone. There are sticky threads on this board that you should read.

Be advised of possible side effects and the basic ways to reduce your risk of side effects from AAS use. Drinking at least 2 quarts of water daily during an AAS cycle will go a long way to protect your kidneys from being damaged. Also taking NAC will help protect your liver, (600mg twice daily) (liver and kidney health is very important). Avoiding alcohol consumption during a gear cycle is a good thing since alcohol will stress your liver just like roids do. So combining the two isn't a good idea. You only get one liver my friend. Then there's the need for taking AI's, (aromatase inhibitors such as Aromasin, or Letrozole, or Arimidex) and/or sarms, (Nolvadex/Tamoxifen or Evista/Raloxifene). Are you aware of the first warning signs of gynocomastia, (growing tits)??? If you are lost after reading these things I've just made mention of here, then STOP RIGHT THERE. BECAUSE IN THAT CASE YOU ARE NOT READY TO USE AAS YET!

And last but not least....be advised that the longer you extend your AAS cycles for, and the less time you give your body between AAS cycles, the greater the chance of you heading down a slow but steady road to having to rely on testosterone injections for the rest of your life just so you can enjoy a normal sex life without erectile dysfunction due to low natural Testosterone blood levels being a problem. This is a topic that many guys don't like to talk about. So be warned.

I hear this a lot about dbol. People complain that the gains are hard to keep. But they really aren't if you adjust your diet/training after finishing and do the PCT correctly. Back in the 90s Pro's would rely heavily on the classic low Test, Deca and Dbol cycle. Because it really fucking works if you do stuff correctly.

Because dbol increases your strength immensely, when you discontinue using your strength drops big style. This is when guys start reducing the weight they are lifting. The first 4-8 weeks after finishing you have to really FOCUS on keeping your lifts as high as possible if you want to keep them gains. I'm not saying you have to lift the same amount but if you are one of them guys who reduces his lifts by 50% then your gains will fade.

And if you do reduce a large portion of your lifts then you better increase the reps.

read what vision posted. Screen shot it and save it I promise you this is the best possible advice for someone just starting out. Also as far as hgh being “safer” I would disagree with that like tall deck said I have also suffered permanent sides from gh. My last run with gh lasted about 4 months and on my last kit of 3iu a day the numbness in my hands, arms, and fingers got so bad I had to stop early. The numbness lasted for a few months before it finally went away and still to this day I don’t have 100% feeling in my right hand and have trouble gripping things with my fingers sometimes.

Get baseline bloodwork before you start.
Then just as stated, simple testosterone only first cycle.
Dont complicate it. Learn how you respond to test before adding anything else

As others suggested I would do a test only for first. I would read( and understand) SERMs and AIs as well, especially if you are planning a dbol kickstart.

For me, I wouldn’t even mess with dbol until cycle 3 or 4.

And that is why i choose peptides over HGH.

Plus the risk of organ and intestinal growth just scares the shit out of me. When i had my last echocardiogram it shown my heart had not enlarged from the years of AAS use. If i had been using HGH i doubt it would look so good.

I get an echocardiogram every year, I'm the paranoid type!

I also wouldnt recommend dbol for a 1st cycle but thats just me. It made me play around with my AI too much. I guess its hard to say how much I really kept of it but I doubt Ill run dbol again. It just makes me a huge monster and everyone knows I'm on without a doubt lol
