    All good man. I haven’t figured out the new site exactly.

    I’m great! Moved to Texas with the wife and dogs. Had been in the PNW too long.

    Training is good, but damn if I ain’t feeling my age. 40 is coming for me. Kinda dislike my job, but that’s me more than anything else. Dream is to open a gym in the next few years. We’ll see.
