Hey man I feel your pain. I had them really bad two years ago,had them banded and it didn't work. Finally had the surgery and it was hell for 6 weeks but it's totally cleared up now completely gone. I have much advice for you if you want it. Get to a proctologist right away, if I had it would have saved me a ton of pain
