So before i get started i know diet and exercise and being committed 24/7 is key to bodybuilding. There are no shortcuts and over the years from the age of 18 to 26 i have learned this through trial and error. Today i stand at 5'8 and just weighed in at 228lbs. I am lean and should soon see a nice set of abs to complete my physique to my goal. This is great, But a few years ago i was at my lowest point in life. I reached 280lbs, 5"8 and in my early 20's. I had no drive to do anything and felt like shit. See when i was 18 i was 180lbs lean and in the best shape, after droping 45lbs of fat, i busted my leg playing baseball and blew up to 260lbs. And later in life lost the weight, and then injured myself again and blew right back up, i needed help and fast. And i found that help in T3.
280lbs. I started to run 60mcg T3 Daily. In only 2 months time, i went from 280 lbs down to 230 lbs. My family was blown away and everyone was asking me what i did, and i just stuck to, hey i work hard and eat right. But the truth was, i was eating what ever i wanted. So after the big weight loss, i went to the docs to make sure my body was ok and i was told everything was fine. So i jumped back ok T3.
T3 this time around 140mcg. In the next 31 days, i went from 230 lbs to 205 lbs. During this month being at 230 lbs to start, i had to actually start eatting better, my body did not want the weight on it the first time around so the fat fell off me. This month starting at 230 lbs it was not as easy, but only having to diet and take t3 was awesome.
205lbs to 185lbs. This is when i got to my lowest weight. 200 mcg T3 for 15 days. Followed by 50 mcg for the following 15 and then completely off.
End Results. 180lbs. NO REBOUND. No Thyroid Damage.
I did not have loose skin. My stomach was not as tight but after i got off the T3, i followed it up with Test E and Tren E cycle and i put on enough healthy lean weight to have my body adjust and look good.
Stretch marks. Well i used to just have them on my forearms, biceps, chest and this was from taking steroids and lifting which made me grow fast and my body did not have the time to adjust. But now i do have some on my side and my stomach, so i am kind of loaded with them. But i have noticed, tanning and over time they fade away to the point you can not really see them at all. When i look at them in the mirror i notice them, but when i see pictures i do not notice anything. And the best part is no one says shit about it, girls are attracted the muscle and good body.
So I really have to give credit to the T3. It boost your metabolism like crazy. I had no side effects at all. I did sweat a little bit at night or when i ate to much but that was it.
I took my T3 at night before bed on an empty stomach, and when i would wake up in the morning i was down 1/2 a lb to a lb every day.
Any questions please post or message me. I am sure people are going to post some negative shit, and i am fine with that. But i just hope for anyone who has anything negative to say about the T3 and how i used it, please do so with proof or from actual experience. Everyone is different, and react to compounds differently, but i hear a lot of negative about T3 but experimenting with it myself proved it did more good then bad.
