Why i Fell in love with T3.

So before i get started i know diet and exercise and being committed 24/7 is key to bodybuilding. There are no shortcuts and over the years from the age of 18 to 26 i have learned this through trial and error. Today i stand at 5'8 and just weighed in at 228lbs. I am lean and should soon see a nice set of abs to complete my physique to my goal. This is great, But a few years ago i was at my lowest point in life. I reached 280lbs, 5"8 and in my early 20's. I had no drive to do anything and felt like shit. See when i was 18 i was 180lbs lean and in the best shape, after droping 45lbs of fat, i busted my leg playing baseball and blew up to 260lbs. And later in life lost the weight, and then injured myself again and blew right back up, i needed help and fast. And i found that help in T3.

280lbs. I started to run 60mcg T3 Daily. In only 2 months time, i went from 280 lbs down to 230 lbs. My family was blown away and everyone was asking me what i did, and i just stuck to, hey i work hard and eat right. But the truth was, i was eating what ever i wanted. So after the big weight loss, i went to the docs to make sure my body was ok and i was told everything was fine. So i jumped back ok T3.

T3 this time around 140mcg. In the next 31 days, i went from 230 lbs to 205 lbs. During this month being at 230 lbs to start, i had to actually start eatting better, my body did not want the weight on it the first time around so the fat fell off me. This month starting at 230 lbs it was not as easy, but only having to diet and take t3 was awesome.

205lbs to 185lbs. This is when i got to my lowest weight. 200 mcg T3 for 15 days. Followed by 50 mcg for the following 15 and then completely off.

End Results. 180lbs. NO REBOUND. No Thyroid Damage.

I did not have loose skin. My stomach was not as tight but after i got off the T3, i followed it up with Test E and Tren E cycle and i put on enough healthy lean weight to have my body adjust and look good.

Stretch marks. Well i used to just have them on my forearms, biceps, chest and this was from taking steroids and lifting which made me grow fast and my body did not have the time to adjust. But now i do have some on my side and my stomach, so i am kind of loaded with them. But i have noticed, tanning and over time they fade away to the point you can not really see them at all. When i look at them in the mirror i notice them, but when i see pictures i do not notice anything. And the best part is no one says shit about it, girls are attracted the muscle and good body.

So I really have to give credit to the T3. It boost your metabolism like crazy. I had no side effects at all. I did sweat a little bit at night or when i ate to much but that was it.

I took my T3 at night before bed on an empty stomach, and when i would wake up in the morning i was down 1/2 a lb to a lb every day.

Any questions please post or message me. I am sure people are going to post some negative shit, and i am fine with that. But i just hope for anyone who has anything negative to say about the T3 and how i used it, please do so with proof or from actual experience. Everyone is different, and react to compounds differently, but i hear a lot of negative about T3 but experimenting with it myself proved it did more good then bad.
 
You need to be very careful with thyroid drugs though. I'm glad you got your weight down but don't depend on t3 to do it every time you gain
 
Yes i have had my Thyroid Test over 5x in the last few years alone. No problems, it is always in the normal range. When i do any off season now, i run T3 with it and always seem to gain lean muscle mass and it keeps my water weight down also. I am running T3 with my next cycle, i will post lab results for all to see.

I do not have to run the high doses i did during the weight loss. I feel that when people run T3, they should start with a low dose and once the results stop, then up it 25 to 30 mcg and the results will keep coming. Also pay attention to your body, if your skin is becoming loose, its time to slow down. But it depends on your age and how long you have been over weight.
 
I will post Labs 2 weeks before cycle, during the cycle and 1 month and 3 months after the cycle. This will show that there is no long term damage. I had a perfectly healthy thyroid to start off with. So if you have a damaged thyroid already, then you may make it worse. My feeling is if you naturally have a good thyroid then you will not screw it up, it bounces right back to normal.

I have heard about people taking T3 and Clen and coming off and gaining the weight back. This is because those people do not stick to their diet and eat shit. Once they start eating and the thyroid is off, of course you are going to rebound if you do not give your body the chance to adjust.

If you are 300lbs and over weight, i would suggest Starting at 40mcg. And go up to 150mcg. Half your body weight. Unless your body drops the fat with 40 yo 60 mcg there is no reason to go up.

I agree with you to be safe with it. When i jumped on it, it was mainly because, every time i seem to get my weight down and back on track, all of the sudden i get hurt and im fat again. It was driving me crazy. And naturally dieting down takes so much time, and to drop over 80lbs would take a good year and i was over it.

If it was to happen again, now i will be focused more on diet and not letting myself go. But when you are hurt and can not move, it sure can get depressing if you are not mentally strong and i was not at the time at all.
 
T3 is great but you need to watch it. When you screw with your thyroid you can end up doing a lot of damage to yourself in the long run. But glad to hear it worked great for you. Were did you obtain such good T3?

Would T3 be harmful to a bulk as far as gains with excessive calories , or better utilized during a cut with restricted calories... In your opinion?

If you are cutting i suggest taking the t3 before bed. If you are bulking take the t3 in the morning 30 minutes before you eat or drink.

If you run a bulk i would take the T3 in the morning on an empty stomach. I suggest you start with 30mcg and see how the results are, it will stop you from retaining water and bloating, it will also help keep your results lean, you will not gain excess fat. If you are running 30mcg and feel it is not stopping you from bloating and gaining weight, bump it to 40mcg and then watch your results, if it it still not doing the job bump it to 50mcg. I would not go over 50mcg. I also would suggest you getting a thyroid test and seeing if it is in the normal range. If you have a healthy Thyroid 30mcg will do it, bump if you have a lower active thyroid then you will want to start with the 40mcg. If you do not want to take the trip to get test, just start off with 30mcg and see what happens.

Also for anyone that runs Trenbolone. I have been on only Tren cycles, and also Test and Tren and both times i was on these cycles with TREN enanthate and Acetate, they both shut my Thyroid down. I later researched and found out Tren lowers your Thyroid during your cycle, so to replace your natural thyroid function during a cycle of Trenbolone, 20mcg will give your body its normal thyroid function.

2 questions. Do you find that it works better on cycle or off? And how effective do you feel it is at helping drop body fat %. I saw both times you lost a lot of weight. I am naturally skinny so I am not trying to loose any weight necessarily but I am trying to get very tone. I agree with you that diet is that diet is the most important part and my diet is on point but if this helps give my diet and exercise a little boost I may look into it.

If you are looking to get tone i would just stick to a good workout routine, and diet. Are you all natural or running anything? T3 for me is just to cut body fat and or control fat.

Not running anything at the moment. I have ran a few cycles in the past but it has been a while. I have a cycle I will start in a few weeks but have been on the ketosis diet for the last few months tying to lean out some before getting back on gear. It has been working I actually lost about 20lbs but like I said weight is not my problem its body fat%. Unfortunately for me I carry my weight in my stomach. But loosing the weight I saw my arms and legs get smaller. I did loose about 3 Inches of my stomach but still not seeing the definition I wanted. Just wondering it T3 along with a strict diet will help me see definition in my mid section.

Also, what in particular changed with female attention at the times you were normal weight, far overweight, and then cut/muscular? Different kinds of chicks? Or none altogether when fat?

I just was on a keto myself. Monday - Saturday no carbs, sunday carb blowout. My breath was nasty i had no idea the keto diet was giving me bad breath, is this happening to you to ? Yes if you have fat around your stomach, the t3 will speed it up and burn that fat off. Just make sure to be taken in plenty of protein also. That way it will burn fat and not muscle. T3 will help burn the stubborn fat you have left :)

LMAO!!! Yea dude I have to keep sugar free gum with me. I was prepared tho, when I was researching the diet I read that it can give you bad breath and headaches. I also started carb cycling last week. I felt weak on the keto alone and read that this can help if you go hard in the gym. I like it better so far actually gained 3lbs last week don't know what that's about because I have been in a calorie deficit trying to cut. May be my body adjusting to that high carb day?? But thanks bro for the info. Also did you pick up the T3 from one of the sources on here? You can PM me info if is easier.

I will show you my upcoming test when i get them to show you the markers of high low, on and off t3. I do not have the older ones. But i know 20mcg made my thyroid in the normal range anything over would speed my thyroid up and make me drop fat and a fast pace. If i can find any of my test i will post them for you.

If i am muscular and bigger i get a lot of attention, looks, comments, you will see girls looking right at you and whispering to their friend and be smiling at you. They do not even care if you are with a girl, they want what they want and show it. If i am skinny or fat i get less attention then when i have my body together, and bigger then everyone else around. No matter where i go with muscle on me, i get attention. If i am fat, i have to leave it up to looks and style and actually would have to try for them. If i have a conversation with a girl and i am fat, i have to be funny and all that for them to stick around. If i have muscle on me, the girl is usually the nervous one and laughs at anything and its 10x easier. It is strange. My last girlfriend i had, left me after i went from being big and strong, to fat. Then my next girlfriend after her, she has seen me with muscle, skinny and fat and she loves me either way, but has asked me not to put all the muscle back on because it was "to much".

OMG it was horrible, i really thought it was my teeth and i was freaking out. If you gained weight it could be muscle, how do you look in the mirror? I was keto and gained on it, but my waist got smaller, and to buy new jeans and shorts because they where falling off me.

The thyroid markers are always interesting due to the different interpretations we get here and the arguments about it. :) I won't pretend to understand them yet. I'll have my own to post in a week or so. 25mcg/day T3 and 100mcg/day T4 to help with HGH down-regulation and general lethargy.

I don't have the fat experience but definitely the skinny one and then the muscular one. As skinny I seemed to have only a "Keeper" value to chicks -- they'd date me if they wanted something more serious but if they were mainly paying attention to sex appeal ("thinking with her clit") I really wasn't in the running. So other guys would get all the quick sex and I'd wind up playing clean up of sorts when the chicks got sick of it and wanted to settle down with a Nice Guy.

Getting built made a world of difference. Chicks would want to get naked quickly and with minimal investment, and later on they'd continue to fuck me knowing they were part of a harem, or even knowing I was cheating on a g/f and they were the "other woman". I still get the "Keeper" treatment eventually but at least there's a lot of fun beforehand. :)

I'm just starting a cut next week here, definitely going to be putting this on the cycle again. Enjoyed it the first time around.

I have a thicker layer of fat in my abdomen because of being stupid and doing insulin shots in the fat in my stomach so thats going to be a work in progress to remove for me.

Don't underestimate your ability to stay immature. I've been surprising myself that way the last few years.

And no, chicks definitely get more serious and more manipulative than ever as they get older. The games of the 30- and 40-somethings are strong. The need for children can be paramount, the eyeballing of your genetics, your pocketbook, your gullibility and malleability (and hence manageability), everything. You will really have to struggle mightily to reject the continual ultimatums/guilt-trips and stay single. Easier to live it up today as you're already doing. Sorry to sound cynical... my dating experience over the last three years really opened my eyes.

Normal range is nothing more than a range of levels associated with "seemingly" healthy people.

Just like there is a normal testosterone range and I think we can ALL agree that having a normal range test level of 950 is much prefered over a normal range level of 400.

The fact that your levels were in the normal range does NOT mean they were OPTIMAL for you. The fact that just adding a bit of T3 to your plan and lost so much tells me your thyroid IS NOT functioning as well as it could or should. There is an epidemic of selenium and iodine deficiency, both critical ro proper thyroid function.

Yes i have used Clenbuterol, with the T3 and i hated it. I ended up trying to just use the clenbuterol by itself. My body does not like clenbuterol, i get the most painful cramps, and not like the ones people post about. My body literally spasms all together, my legs lock, my entire stomach locks i have to lay on the floor and stretch and as i would stretch my shoulders and back muscles would all cramp. It was the worst experience in my life. The T3 alone burns all my fat off so i will stick with t3.

When you get down to low body fat with the T3, you will have to add 30 to 45 minutes of cardio. Just walking will do it.

I got by what my doctors tell and show me. Now i also go by my t3 useage. I only take t3 now during my cycles. If i had a bad Thyroid or Thyroid problems, i would gain weight and have to be on Thyroid replacement. And i am not. I like to cycle t3 to keep body fat low. 20mcg keeps me normal, 40mcg or higher and i burn fat. I would say with all my t3 use over the years and researching on my self, i have a good idea of how my body works and responds.
 
Did you run t3 on cycle or off? And by off I mean not trt.
